 SEBASTIAN BLOOD X / BROTHER BLOOD (PB: Paul Wesley)
The son of Sebastian Blood IX and a woman of the Church of Blood. Sebastian Blood X murdered his father and inherited the title of Brother Blood. Sebastian is not a carbon-copy of his father in the least. While being highly charismatic and calculating, he is far more obsessive and aggressive.
Brother Blood possessed the ability to enhance his own strength and vitality to superhuman levels by consuming the blood of others. His teeth and jaws were exceptionally strong, enabling him to bite through solid steel and even Kryptonian muscle tissue. He can also temporarily take on the powers of others by ingesting their blood.

Christopher Reed is affiliated with the Church of Blood by way of sacrifice. His parents, who were avid members of the Church of Blood, sacrificed their newborn child to Trigon. Christopher was bonded to a demon and enslaved to it's will. The demon's consciousness ruled over Christopher as he grew up. and became the personal bodyguard of Brother Blood.
The Blue Daemos, in essence, a demon. He cannot be killed by conventional means and possess superhuman strength (can bench roughly fifteen tons) and durability. He has moderate skill in ritualistic magic, but is incapable of casting spells on the fly.
 HEATHER FERRERIA / EVE (PB: Dree Hemmingway)
Heather Ferreria is the consort of Brother Blood, meant to carry his child to continue the legacy of Brother Blood. She was kidnapped to ensure the future of the Church of Blood with hopes of passing on her unique ability to her future child. Despite her unwillingness to be Sebastian's consort, Heather fears for the life of her "younger brother" should she not cooperate.
Eve is immortal in the sense that she stopped aging when she turned eighteen years old and has lived for hundreds of years. While she can be killed by conventional means, she possesses vast martial arts training, making her among the best in the world.
 JAMES FERRERIA / BLOOD BATH (PB: Cameron Bright)
James Ferreria is the "younger brother" of Heather Ferreria. Before that, he was an abandoned orphan in the streets of Gotham City. He did whatever he had to in order to survive, until he was outmatched. Heather saved his life and the two bonded like brother and sister. The Church of Blood got to Heather through James by threatening his life, and then inducted him into the Church of Blood in order to keep Heather under their thumb.
Blood Bath can excessively produce his own blood and manipulate it freely and possesses a healing factor.

Barney Wade is a member of the Church of Blood who volounteered to receive the blessing of Trigon via ritual. He realized his mistake afterwards and lives with the horror of his choice. He remains a member of the Church of Blood due to the promise of the reversal of his "blessing". Before joining the Church of Blood, he was a championship boxer.
Rockslide obtained rocks for skin, making him highly invulnerable to physical harm.

Jessica Butler was born and raised in the Church of Blood. She grew up learning to be faithful to Trigon, and eventually became endowed with his blessing. With her new-found abilities, she became a well-known member of the Church.
Animal has animal features that grant her enhanced strength and speed and reflexes, and superhuman sight, smell, and taste. Her nails are semi-elongated and razor sharp to slice her enemies into ribbons. She is a very acrobatic fighter and is extremely difficult to his.
