Anya has the ability to control any electronic device due to the nanites in her body. She also has learned martial arts and firearms from her mother. Her father has provided her with a suit of armor similar to his own.

Whereas Tony is a genius when it comes to engineering, Anya is a genius at writing computer code. It comes as naturally as breathing to her.

Anya speaks English, Russian, French and Spanish fluently. She is currently learning Chinese.

Powers:

Direct Cybernetic Interface: The nanites in Anya’s body allow her to control the armor through direct brain impulses. She has direct control over the communication devices, scanning equipment, and recording devices located in her helmet.

* Wireless Communication: She is also able to remotely connect to external communications systems such as satellites, cellular phones, and computers throughout the world.

* Improved Response Time: Because the armor's operating system is now directly connected to Anya's nervous system, its response time has been significantly improved.

* Regenerative Systems: The nanites provide Anya the ability to heal herself and repair the armor.



Crystallized Iron Armor: The armor has evolved from a bulky iron suit to a molecularly aligned matrix of crystallized iron enhanced by magnetic fields over layers of other metals like titanium, creating a shell that is pliable, yet capable of amazing resilience and protection.

* Flight: The armor can reach speeds in excess of Mach 8.

* Power Cells: The suit is powered by a combination of solar converters, electrical batteries and an on-board generator that uses beta particle absorption as a fuel source.

* Energy Conversion Power Recharge: The suit is also able to convert nearby energy sources, such as heat or kinetic energy into electricity, or even drain electrical energy directly into the batteries for recharge.

* Self-Contained Life-Support System & Environmental Protection: The suit can be completely sealed for operations in vacuum or underwater, providing its own life support, and is shielded against radiation.

* Repulsors: Concussive force that are fired from the palms of her gauntlets.

* Unibeam: Emits various types of light energy.

Strength level
Without her armor Anya Stark possesses the normal strength of a normal human teen her age, height, and build who engages in moderate regular exercise. The armor magnifies Anya's strength to superhuman levels, enabling her to lift (press) roughly 90 tons. If sufficiently powered by an outside source, the armor can achieve Class 100 strength.

Anya Natalia Romanova Stark is the product of a brief romance between Natasha Romanov, the Black Widow, and Tony Stark, Iron Man. The romance ended, but Natasha found herself pregnant with Tony’s child. In good conscience she told Tony about her pregnancy and the two decided to have the child, but they did not marry.

Natasha delivered a baby girl in August of 1992 and the couple named the child Anya Antonovna Romanova Stark.

As a couple, Tony and Natasha lasted for three years after Anya’s birth. Differences led to an amicable parting and they agreed to an equal sharing of the responsibility of raising Anya.

Spying duties kept Natasha away for about two weeks out of every month, leaving Anya with her father at Avengers’ Mansion. She grew up around her various aunts and uncles and their children.

When Anya was ten she was a passenger in a car involved in an accident. She sustained severe injuries, some which were to her spinal column. The accident left her paralyzed from the waist down.

Using technology developed for controlling his suit, Tony injected his daughter with nanites in hope to repair the damage to Anya’s spine. Unfortunately Tony did not tell Natasha of his plans for Anya and the relationship between Tony and Tasha soured.

The nanite injection worked. The nanites repaired Anya’s damaged nerves and she was once again able to walk. Tony was unable to remove the nanites after the procedure and they remained in Anya.

Anya soon discovered that she was able to control electronic devices by a touch by means of the nanites.

Eventually she asked her father to create her a suit of armor similar to his Iron Man armor. Tony, unable to say no to her, relented and had a suit of black armor created for her. The suit was made out of a mixture of virbrinium and adamantium.

Anya has been kicked out of numerous private schools and recently been kicked out of the latest when she inadvertently set off the dorm's sprinkler system while changing her grades. She returned home and was promptly grounded. Disobeying the terms of her punishment, Anya went out to lunch where they encountered and confronted Rhino and Electro who were in the process of robbing a bank. Anya and Ahura along with Iron Man foiled the robbery, but Anya was caught breaking the terms of her punishment.

As part of her new punishment, Anya is now working at Stark Inc. in order to learn how the company is run. She spends her days at the side of Pepper Potts and in the evenings she can be found on the grounds of Avengers' Mansion.

Anya was abducted and tortured by the Hand in an attempt to extract revenge on the Black Widow for her past actions against the Hand. Anya was rescued by Temujin and took a liking to him. Temujin's identity was unknown to Anya at the time. Anya was brainwashed and conditioned by Temujin and the Hand to become Lady Mandarin.

As Lady Mandarin, Anya committed various acts of murder, theft and other various criminial activities while serving Temujin.

Refusing to believe Anya was dead, Mikhail Romanov began a search for his sister. Eventually he discovered that Anya was alive and was now Lady Mandarin. Along with the help of Tony Stark, Natasha and Sarah Rogers, the Lady Mandarin was defeated and subdued. Anya was placed into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody and Temujin's brainwashing was undone.

Anya returned home with her family, but has been suffering nightmares since the ordeal. She has been seeing Leonard Samson since the ordeal to help her deal with the issues she has since being Lady Mandarin. She has started school at Woodbridge-Rollibard Prep School in Manhattan where she is trying to pass Home Ec.

During a shopping trip Anya stumbled into a bank robbery where a man calling himself Tomato King took a liking to Anya. During a winter charity ball the Tomato King crashed the party and tried to ask Tony for her hand in marriage. Tomato King was arrested and Anya was quite relieved.

Misha was abducted by the Red Room and Anya was placed under house lockdown while Logan, her mother, and other Avengers went to rescue him. After his return the family, Tony and Natasha married and stayed in Tahiti for their honeymoon. Anya returned the New York and stayed with Logan and her brother at Natasha's penthouse.

Her recent projects include creating an Artificial Intelligence which she named Goddard and creating an LMD dog in the form of a beagle. She is currently working on an LMD cat.


Personality:
Anya is pretty well grounded for being an heiress. She's generally perky, outgoing and content with her life. Though she loves things like the latest fashions, clubbing and shopping, she's not shallow as most of her socialite peers. Anya doesn't always excell at doing the responsible thing, she does have a good heart and will do the right thing.

Anya has the tendency to rush head long into things without giving them proper consideration or thought. This tends to get her in over her head on most occasions.
