Her family has a long tradition of being stuntmen and trickshot specialists for movies since images started to move. Her mother was the double for the silver screen's original Arrowette. Cissie's father has never been positively identified, though her mother has mentioned he was an archer of some sort she met on a movie lot in England. Cissie's childhood was spent preparing for her life's mission: to be a super hero in the movies.<br /> <br /><br /><b>What are your plans/goals for this character? How do you see them fitting in to the setting?</b><br />I'd like for Arrowette to spend time around other heroes her age. She will start out trying to make a name for herself after the emergence of heroes. She thinks her lifetime of preparing for stunt work in films will help her with the rigors of being a hero.
