| Character Profile: Lavender Brown [Reg] |

I picked up Lavender on a whim and because I didn't really like all the characters I had. Since the game start of ![[info]](https://www.scribbld.com/img/userinfo.gif) regulation over on IJ, I've picked up Ben Dunstan, Susan Bones and Ginny Weasley. Ginny was fun and cool and very lively and teasing, but she didn't have much to do plot-wise and I couldn't be bothered coming up for it because it was a big thing to get her into the plot and I just wasn't motivated enough. Susan was fun to play but she was scathing and independent and didn't really like people and while my guys like that work out, my girls don't seem to. In fact, girls of mine don't seem to work out but I kind of adore Lavender far more than I ever liked anyone else, with the possible exception of Luce when I started to play her.
Anyway, yes. I also tend to loathe, loathe, loathe Lavender's portrayal both in canon and in fanon. However, I thought it'd be a challenge to pick her up, change her. I really don't think that it's that far from what we do know in canon because in play Lav is very prone to freaking out, she's still very loud and giggly but life has obviously changed a lot for her since school. Anyway, I love her.

Sunlight as bright and right as ever, turn down the light, electric night, it seems like another intermission, but the tide keeps rolling in, distance and sleep, a childhood anger. Bad shit. Believe. Every thought is cleaned, senses will fail when we feel weakness, knees and hands shake, right in time. It seems like another intermission but ( the tide keeps rolling in ) |
