The criminal underworld in Star City has become united by an unknown figure. The crime rate slowly, but surely, decreases. Oliver Queen notices that something is up, and he starts investigating.

He doesn't get any leads until he comes across a scuffle between two men. Before he intervenes, he recognizes them as two crooks he busted a previous night. After he takes them down, he interrogates them for information about the decrease in crime in Star City. He learns that they joined a group called the ???.

Guns shots echoed in the night, and then a man screamed in frustration. He threw his gun, now useless with the arrow clogging the barrel, to the side and lunged at the Green Arrow. It was simple for Ollie to sidestep and chop the guy in the back of the neck. "Lights out," Ollie said. The crook collapsed, and Ollie went about tying him up with one of his trick arrows. He didn't use them as much anymore, but they always proved useful every so often.

It wasn't long before the police arrived on the scene, but Ollie was already gone. He was cruising the city streets, looking to clean up more crime. Crooks were something he never did enjoy in His city.

What are your plans for the character? Green Arrow stuff. Part time JLA stuff.
How are you planning on working them into the game? Not that hard. Do something with Mia, or do something with the JLA. Or just think of something myself. Whatever works.
Is there anything from canon that you plan on changing with that character? Shado did not rape Ollie and Robert doesn't exist. Not sure how the cut-off affects that anyway. And I'm retconning the retcon to his personality. He has not cheated on Dinah at all. He's extremely faithful and is /not/ a womanizer.
What sort of plots to do you want to do with this character? Don't know yet.
