 still as southern as they come, brett ashley ryan was born in alamance, north carolina in the mid-eighties, when it was still cool to have huge hair. a mere two years after, she became the older sister to ![[info]](https://www.scribbld.com/img/userinfo.gif) zack
though alamance would always be 'home', brett fled the coop at the young age of seventeen to pursue her dream career of being an artist in new york city. where more people would run to paris or somewhere that art was appreciated, brett felt that her style of art fit in better in the gothic city than in some prissy french cafe.
best known for drawing the living dead and somewhat gruesome sketches, one would think that brett was a sick twisted individual. but upon meeting the girl, one would only notice that she's slightly quirky and not entirely off her rocker.
though she's gotten plenty of recognition for her work with such bands as queen of hearts and the number juan, brett has a side project that not many people know about. her band finish me off has been working on releasing an ep, the project itself hard with all of brett's commissions and deadlines.
not big on labelling her sexuality, if she is questioned about it she will only shrug. she believes you don't love by gender, but by your heart and if you listen to what it tells you, you will be truly happy.
not long after she moved to new york, she met royal and though she still probably won't admit it in present day, she fell extremely hard for him. she wasn't always tattoos and zombies. when she met royal her only ink was a star on her hip bone and the furthest she had gone with anyone was to second base. needless to say, royal fletcher was her first pretty much everything.
though they were together for quite a while, things with royal and brett weren't always rainbows and ponies. he's stubborn and she's a bitch, so when they fought things tended to get ugly. right after the release of the life and times of victor mancini, brett went out with bollywood on one of their bigger tours. staying in a smelly ass van with your boyfriend and several other bodies is sure to put a damper on any relationship, so it wasn't any wonder that they fought pretty hard. one night when her feelings were exceptionally hurt (or at least that was her opinion), she got drunk and slept with her good friend, damian.
though things ended with royal after her infidelity, the two still remained remarkably close for the circumstances. but a little surprise came a short time later - she skipped a period, and then another. and nine months later, nineteen year old brett ryan was a mother to a healthy 7 pound son called Lucas Ryan _____.
because they were unconvinced that neither their son or brett could handle the responsibility of raising a child, damian's parents willingly stepped up to take custody of their grandson. now two years old, brett and damian are allowed to see lucas whenever they want, but most responsibility lies with his grandparents until his parents can sort themselves out enough to take him on their own.
