He didn't come to Gotham all that often, but once in a while he'd make the trip. It was his mother's old hunting grounds after all, and seeing the places of her stories and trying to reenact the thieving bits never got old. Not to mention the security was better than most cities. No doubt leftover from her more villainous days. Thomas had already snuck into the Gotham Museum of Art and was at the Van Gogh exhibit they were famous for. Cameras off, sensors evaded, no security nearby meant he was free to take a moment to take it all in. These field trips were always fun.
