Hee, so: my brother is now the proud owner of an Xbox 360. I am aware of this because he danced into my room and started squeeing at me-- yes, actually saying "squee", oddly enough. ...Won't be seeing his face for a while, then. XD
How on earth did Rhydian not win X Factor? I wouldn't give half a damn except that the show became required watching whilst babysitting the munchkins, and he's actually really good. Also, now they're going to rig it as per usual so that whatever the winner Leon decides to caterwaul will become Christmas no 1, and we'll all have to listen to it over and over again. >.> Waugh.
...Golly, my non-Heroes posts are unbelievably shallow. XD Maybe I should share the deep crevices of my emo pain with y'all? ...Nah. :P |

I just found unfinished post-DMC Norrington!Fic on my memory stick, that I started over a year ago and then forgot about! I wish I could use my Norrington icon here, but it says "excellent" and this... more sort of isn't. >.> Waugh.
It's called "A Beautiful Sword", and it's only got two chapters, from the alternating viewpoints of Norrington and Beckett. Even now, the memories come flooding back: I was going to use the Commodore sword as a metaphor for honour or something, and there was going to be both swashing and buckling, and questionable motives, and sea battles, and Captain Jack Sparrow, and Davy Jones, and theft, and press-ganging, and FISH-PIRATE NORRINGTON WHEE, and all manner of other plot points.
Mainly, though, the first two chapters were about ( verbal sparring, ftw! :D? )
Golden-Age-Of-Piracy blokes cutting in blows with words and wearing naval frock coats is never not awesome, in my humble opinion. :D
