...Can everyone in England please stop stabbing each other? o_o
The last couple of days has been like a constant game of Fortunately Unfortunately. xD I left my handbag on one bus, and ran down the road after it yelling like a loon until one kindly gent noticed it and stopped the bus to give it back. Awesome guy. \o/ Then another bus decided it was too good to actually, you know, stop at the bus-stop and instead sailed on by, meaning that I had to run to work and was late. Fortunately, that was only by a couple of minutes, and my super was understanding. Also, I ordered travellers' cheques from the post office, but there was a message on the answerphone last night going "oh sorry they never turned up", so I was all D: but luckily Thomas Cook (that's THOMAS COOK *plugs gleefully*) stocks the things in their safe, so I can has actual, like, dollars and stuff.
And now Saturday work is over and it's properly the weekend AND AND AND CANADA SOON. :D :D :D (I'm getting out of the country before I become a Daily Mail headline. >_>) Holy wow, I have never been so excited to see a Monday looming on the horizon. This is going to be awesome. |
