This fraction is devoted to protecting the little people of the realm from the chaos of the war of the great houses. They mainly use guerrilla tactics to fight and currently lack loyalty to any particular house and will only choice a side if a side cold convince them that they have the little guy's interests at heart. They are based out of the central conflict area and usually remain on the move in small bands rarely meeting up in large numbers.

Backer: Timebroker

Exiles Team will join up with them later to try and stabilize the universe.

While the Exiles may not have much in the way of money or power they have incredible amount of support from the little people they help protect.

The Secret Throne

Ryan Spector- The scion of House Spector. Well trained in stealth tactic fighting that his lands are known for. Battle-commanders have a bad habit of ending up dead before the battle deterring conquest of their lands in spite it's strategic position. House Spector is currently unallied.

Nicolai Sablinova- A mercenary prince and Sellsword and one of the leaders of the Wild Pack. Sworn to whomever is paying him the most money. Currently allied to house Rodgers with the promise of wealth and the return of his ancestral home in the Sablinova Mountains. If given a better offer he may leave and take the Wild Pack with him but outright betrayal is not something he would consider and he would finish his current work before leaving

Casey Flynn: Traveling bard. A member of the Brotherhood without Banners.

Bard Hill: Master Helmsman. Works for House Rodgers. Formerly worked for the World Aegis but left to investigate what happened to his mother after Fury's 'accident.'

Shane Ostrum: The Thunderstruck Archer. A peasant archer who gained renown for continuing to battle and fire arrows after being repeatedly struck by lightning. Currently A member of the Brotherhood without Banners.

Rufus Drake: Younger son of house Drake. Work as a master of whispers for their lands. While a great pain in the ass to them Rufus in very loyal to his family.

Eiltin: A traveler from distant islands. He is known for travelling between places as great speeds than any known courier and guards the secret behind this closely. Has ties with the Exiles but officially works for ?House Stark?

Eric Phillips: The son of a fame female warrior who work for King Rogers. Currently seeks to prove himself in battle to House Rogers.

Sons of Seth

A once small time Gang the Sons of Seth suddenly came into great power in the New York Underworld. They mostly do jobs for other factions of the underworld working for whomever pays them the most though they do have their own goals have they have kept hidden from the people who have been employing them. The reason behind their sudden rise to power is that they have struck a deal with the Egyptian god Seth after having found the remains of his broken black statue on the beach. in exchange for granting them all power they have to sow the seeds of Chaos in the world that Seth asks them too. So far nothing truly noticeable has happened with these seeds yet but Seth most certainly does have a plan for the chaos he is slowly unleashing into the world. Seth has also not mentioned to them that a part of accepting his deal he can use any them as his avatar and take them over to act as he pleases in the mortal world.

The Sons of Seth have adopted an Egyptian motif with most of their new Tattoo and of adornments being based on Egyptian mythology and symbols even if for the most part they don't really know what they mean and all of them have a tattoo of the symbol of Seth on them as part of the membership into the gang. The secret backroom of their homebase has been converted into an Alter to Seth and his worship.

Since they have been growing in power the Sons of Seth's ranks have also been growing but for the most part only the original members of the gang know about the deal they made with Seth and accepted it for power. They have worked very hard to keep the sort of there new found powers a secret.

Members

Magic user- Can use magic powered by Seth to various effect though for the most part requires time to set up such spells and can really do much with magic quick in a fight. He has also noticed that his magic seems stronger when the moon is not out or hidden such as during a new moon or lunar eclipse.

Shadow Camo- Is nearly invisible while in the shadows requiring enhanced senses to detect. Also possesses a minor healing factor while in the shadows.

Seth Knight- Possesses minor superhuman strength and durability

Snake Charmer- Can talk to and control Snakes

Seth Signer- Can create blasts of fire from his hands and can mark someone with a lesser mark of Seth. The mark curses anyone with it with bad luck when fighting a member of the Sons of Seth or Seth himself but leave him extremely drained to use and can't use his fire blast for a while afterwords.

The Refuser- Refused to accept the deal with Seth but says with his friend and keeps their secret about the deal mostly is just in charge of bookeeping now but is still one of the better shots in the gang. He does not exactly approve of the Seth stuff but does like the money that they have been making.

Sharpshooter- Has supernatural agility and accuracy which he mostly uses to be a better shot with his guns. Definitely a bit of a gun nut. One of the only new people in the gang to get to make a deal with Seth for power,

History: Former chemist and researcher looking for a way to reverse engineer the famous Super-Soldier Serum found that her research funding had been been cut. In a last ditch effort to save her job used the serum that she had created on herself hoping that it would work. The experiment did not work as intended and she lost her job but gained some superpowers with some side effects and discovered the amazing high that the serum gives after taking. Using these new found abilities she stole back her research. After spending some time reworking her serum even more she started selling it for great profit as the latest drug craze to hit New York.

Abilities: Victoria has near human peak physical strength and speed and and a durability beyond that of a normal human. However she has lost much of her sense of touch with only extremes being able to really be felt by her. She is also an incredibly brilliant chemist and has become rather skilled as a criminal mastermind.

Serum- The newest drug craze hitting New York City, Serum is an inhalant that produces an in incredibly strong high is taken in diluted doses and in stronger doses in temporarily give someone super-solder serum like abilities. It however is highly addictive and requires stronger doses over time to get the same effects. Crashes from Serum can also be very severe and even lethal on stronger doses. And if the Serum is not properly mixed the results of taking it can be disastrous.

Physical description (face, build, weight): Ryan is 6’2” and has a much more gracile build than his father. Ryan has storm grey eyes and brown hair. Ryan typically dresses in a casual style.

Abilities: Hyper Observant, this lets Ryan see and notice things that other people miss.
Highly trained in combat by his mother and father and their friends in various hand to hand fighting styles and is a master of weapons and is a skilled marksmen.
Well versed in history and with a near eidetic memory.

Weaknesses and flaws: He is just a regular human being with no superpowers. Lunar eclipses are not good for him.

Backstory:
When Marlene was pregnant with Ryan she was attack by Randall Spector brutally and nearly killed. She would have and should have lost the baby but Khonshu intervened with his power and saved the baby. This was done to both be nice to Marc and to renew his faith in him which worked.

Marlene had hoped that with Ryan born that Marc might be more willing to give up superheroing and they could finally be together like she always dreamed about, however that never happen and their relationship never progressed beyond dating. While this did not mean that Ryan never knew his father, as the he saw him every weekend and as Ryan got older he would even spend the most weekends with his father as long as Marc promised Marlene that he would not “work” while Ryan was with him and to keep Ryan safe. After a couple of these trips Marc grew bored of just playing father and out of sheer boredom asked 7 year old Ryan if he wanted to learn how to fight. Ryan said yes and Marc started training Ryan all the stuff he knew about fighting and from then on Ryan would spend almost every weekend learning how to fight.

When Marc first told Marlene that he was teaching Ryan how to fight she was furious but after she calmed down she realized that this would mean that Marc couldn’t be crime fighting if he’s teach Ryan how to fight and it was making Marc more like a father than he had ever been before. Marlene also taught Ryan some of her fighting tricks as well. While Ryan is grateful to and cares for his father, Ryan never felt that his father was the avatar of the Egyptian god of the moon and vengeance and thinks it’s all in his head and like his mother believes that Marc is not always playing with a full deck.

Ryan joined up with the Avengers for a while but about a year ago left to focus a bit more on college. Partly so his mom wouldn't kill him for his grades dropping. Having graduated from College Ryan is currently exploring his options and doing some crime fighting on the side. Mostly street level stuff though.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Doing some street cleaning

What are you planning to do with this character?: Street Level stuff maybe have him set up Heroes for Hire or something like that.

What do you want to see happen with this character?: Fun and mean stuff. Maybe play with his connection to the moon.
