February is possibly one cold and terrible month for many. At least in December, there is Christmas to look forward to. In January, folks look forward to the new year with new resolutions and renewed enthusiasm. Come February, the energy dwindles down and outside, the skies are still cold and bleak. It depresses folks. Stress levels are high both at homes and at the workplace. Tempers flare easily.

And that's what I see here. Good-natured folks snap easy. People say what they don't mean under ordinary circumstances.
