These are tough times right now, so don't go splurging on items you don't have to get. Look at what you have in your closet right now that will work with the boots. You may find that many of your items will look great with these boots.
Whether you are a tall, short, thin or big girl you can wear over the knee boots. If your goal is to lengthen the look of your body, don't mix too much together. Deciding to wear too many diverse colors will not give you the right elegant look but more gold bracelet bangle of a disorderly appearance.

Wearing Jeggings, tights, thigh high socks or stockings, and leggings which should be the same color as your boot will be a good way to go. You can add a dress to your over the knee boots, but the hem of the dress must be at least 1-3" from the top of the boot.
