"Furthermore, Luna, sine that's what you tell me your name is, there was a large war in between now and then, when you were ridiculed by me and my friends, which means we simply cannot speak to one another, as we are on different sides of the fence." In Blaise's long ramble to Luna to politely tell her to go away, he left out where he returned with Slughorn and a few other Slytherins to help the effort of the Second War, and where he stayed in the school to help heal the battling people on Potter's side. He hoped she didn't notice and continued, taking a deep breath to follow up his recent ramble with yet another, and he stopped seeing her smile.
"Luna, this is hardly amusing. I am not amused. Yet you seem to find yourself always showing up around me. Why." He looked at her in a bored fashion, convinced of her lack of mind, confused of her placement in Ravenclaw, and unimpressed by her interest in him. He wanted to know why even in school he found himself being looked at by the social outcast of Hogwarts, and why she would not get the hint when he looked at her as if she was insane, or if she was like trash. She was insane, if she was not trash like the Weasleys, and he wanted her to know he had no interest in her besides wanting to know what her medical diagnosis was. He also wanted to know what was so bloody interesting about him, anyway.
