Abilities: Master Manipulator and Seductress- She is highly trained and well versed in the arts of manipulation and seduction.
Trained Courtesan and Geisha- She was well trained as a high class Courtesan and Geisha and has all the skills that come with it.
Combat training- She is well versed in fighting though is only considered an average fighter by league standards
Fan Fighter- Fiora is extremely skilled in fighting with bladed fans
Poisons- Fiora knows a lot about poisons and carries many poisons on her hided in her jewelry including liquids and powders
Poison Tolerance- Since she was little to has been made to take small amounts of poison will she built up a tolerance to most poisons and all of the ones she uses regularly. Though this is not well known even within the league.
Master of Disguise- She well versed in how to Disguise herself
Weaknesses and flaws: Fiora is a normal human and has all the weaknesses that come with that. Fiora also can be a bit haughty to people who aren't as classy as she is.

Backstory: Fiora was left in an Italian orphanage as a baby and her name was given to her by the people at the orphanage. She was one of the unlucky ones who weren’t adopted in their early years when it was more likely for her to get adopted. She was still well of since she was a master manipulator and had been since she was very little. She was so good at it that it caught the eye of David Cain when he was looking around for kids for his projects. While she did not fit what he wanted for his project it give him the idea for a new one rather than creating the ultimate living weapon as an assassin but the ultimate social weapon someone who could blend with any social environment with ease, capable of easily getting information or killing someone that way. Cain sought out and got permission from Raz al Ghul to do so as a side project and he got Fiora for it. Fiora was privately tutored to be extremely knowledgeable and cultured. He had trained her in combat and manipulation. She had training equivalent to a geisha or a courtesan. When she was sixteen she was sent out on her first assignment to seduce and kill a businessman while getting information out of him for the league. She did her work perfectly. While she might not be the league's ideal for an assassin she was undeniable good at what she does. She as continued to serve the League faithfully.
