Honestly, I don't see the big hype about the holidays. I don't miss my family. I don't miss my twin. I don't miss my stupid cousins or grandparents or ANYONE like that. So stop asking. I stayed here as a choice -- I don't want to go home. I wanted to get away from all of you fools. I figured more of you would go home. What the hell are you all still doing here? I mean, I understand the Russians and the Chinekoreajapanese, but why are you all here?

Sometimes, I wish I lived in New York instead.

hello my name is Fanny Mendleson.
my major is Viola Performance; Piano Minor.
my age/year is 20/junior.
i come from Frannie, Wyoming. No, not Fanny. Like I haven't heard that one before. Frannie? Of Big Horn county?

ONE. Fanny is bitter and angry and hates life and can you say BITTER? She hates her twin brother more than life, but she won't tell anyone why. Just that he's an angry shitface who doesn't do any work.
TWO. Fanny hates her name, but she refuses to be called anything else. Not Fan, not Ny, not Fannalannadingdong, not even her middle name, Janet. Just Fanny. Don't piss her off or you'll get beaten up, for SURE. Especially if you're Felix. Who, coincidentally, is the one who calls her these things the most.
THREE. Though she went into Allegro being one of the best, her parents didn't approve. Her parents wanted Fanny to stay home, get married, and be a good housewife like every woman ever in the Mendelssohn family. Fanny wasn't biting. She was going to be a famous musician, she knew it, and pretty soon, she'd be conducting orchestras and composing music and doing oh-so much more than her brother could ever do.
FOUR. Fanny will never tell anyone what she did for her brother because she swore an oath from her parents. Felix is the miracle child who will be the one who makes the money for the family and will be the successful one in the family. Everyone else has to live for Felix. Fanny keeps her promise, but she doesn't have to be nice about it.
FIVE. To make her brother feel guilty, Fanny goes to church every weekend. She prattles on about how she prays to God that He will make her a brilliant musician, and that He can forgive her for her disobedient ways to her parents.
SIX. Fanny can't stand it when her parents put her down. She feels like she's every bit as good as Felix, if not better. She will do anything she can to prove this to her parents, too. Fanny is paying for all of her schooling herself, and while she has a scholarship, it's still a very hard thing to do. Fanny is busy trying to make extra money all the time, constantly babysitting for her teachers' children.
SEVEN. Fanny isn't very popular or well-liked. She has a few friends, but mostly, everyone just considers her a bitch.
EIGHT. Contrary to popular belief, Fanny is not a lesbian. She very much likes boys, despite her feminist ideas. She just thinks most boys are idiots. And quite frankly, girls are kind of idiots too.
NINE. Fanny isn't by any means nice to anyone she knows because she is rather paranoid that they will betray her, just like her brother. While people think she is bitter and weird because of this, Fanny is only trying to protect herself. What else is a girl supposed to do?
TEN. Fanny's music is actually quite amazing and completely different from her brother's. Everyone just overlooks her and pays attention to her brother because he is the one that everyone loves to love. Fanny is struggling her way through at Allegro, simply because her brother is more charming than she is.
but if you promise not to tell. Fanny was the one that played on Felix's audition tape, not Felix. She also took his placement tests for him, putting him in advanced classes. Her parents made her PROMISE not to tell anyone.
