Devony had been feeling sick lately and a little odd. She had no clue what was going on, all she knew she didn't like this feeling. One of her friends joked around telling her baby she got knocked up. It took forever for the words to process, when they did it hit like a ton of bricks.

Immediately got a few pregnancy tests and sure enough all of them were positive. She cried for a few days, not even sure how to deal with it. One thing she did know is - the baby daddy. She only slept with one person, Dean Monaghan.

She had no other choice but to break the news to him first of all. She went to his room, knocking on the door nervously, waiting for him to answer.

Devony had a bad habit of starting fires or causing explosions. As of lately they were getting more frequent, she is on a mission right now to cause as much mayhem as possibly. Mainly because she is giving her mother and Pam enough time to complete the current mission -- stealing money from one of the banks.

Devony looked over to electrical box, snapped her fingers -- immediate explosion, causing light outage around the area of the bank. She kept on moving around as fast as she could, pulling out one of her mini bombs. She would set it off away from the location, off-setting any police for the time being.

She pulled out several more mini bombs...all were triggered with the sound of her fingers snapping."1...2....3...boom!" She was about to snap her fingers when she is suddenly tackled. Devony is taken by surprise, unable to react right away.

Abilities: With a snap of her fingers she can produce “fire crackle” effect on any object she focuses her attention on, causing said object to explode in flames. Devony has the metagene giving her immunity to fire and ability to produce it in limited amount.

Devony grew a passion for botany as a child; she spent a lot of time in the garden her Auntie Pamela made especially for her. She isn’t an expert in botany, but she knows the does and don’ts, understands the nature of some plants. She also has another passion; developing gadgets. The types of gadgets developed solely surround her ability and slight obsession with fire. She has created firebombs, smoke bombs, a retractable climbing line and grapnel, mini spy cams, and poisonous/aphrodisiac lipstick (provided by Pamela).

Devony is immune to most poisons and toxins thanks to serum injections previously given to Harley from Pamela.

Devony is highly athletic/high end human strength, agility and training in acrobatics. With average material arts training.

Backstory: Devony Grace Quinn was born on a stormy day in July, at a Brazilian hospital. During this time, Harley and Pamela were still hiding from the Joker, who at the time wanted his ‘possession’ back. To backtrack the story a little, Harley Quinn being not of sound mind or body lived her life for the Joker. Becoming clinically insane, and psychological unstable to comprehend how her life has been ruined. Ruined by one man who loved her, hated her, and wanted her dead. Twisted, sick ill-fated love is what they both had…in the eyes of society, this behaviour would be deemed as Hybristophilia. For them? It was heaven on earth.

If it were not for Pamela Isely, Harley Quinn would have either died from her insanity or died by the hands of the man she loved. The two became best friends…almost soul mates. During this time, Harley got pregnant – she kept this from the Joker, Harley knew this man would never let her keep her baby. He’d ruin the child, like he ruined her. Fearful, Harley immediately went to Pamela, informing her of her pregnancy. Pamela took this opportunity to take Harley away from the Joker and leave Gotham city for good.

Pamela helped Harley remove the poison that is the Joker from her life. She got her stable enough to live a normal enough life to get by. After seeking out help mentally for Harley, and leading a life on the run they finally found solace in Brazil. Harley being newly liberated, she did her best to become a decent enough mother. However, old habits die-hard – Harley kept up with her odd shenanigans, without the insanity. How else were they going to get by? Being a thief and trickster is what Harley knows best. Pamela, of course would be in heaven, being sounded by the earth’s most amazing rain forest in the world. They lived in a small town, a few miles away from Rio. Pamela kept on with her research and Harley was Harley.

Nine months later little Devony Grace Quinn would be born. Harley felt even more liberated with the birth of her beautiful daughter. She gained a new niche in life – motherhood. She would do everything in her power to protect this baby from that man. Harley and Pam raised her to be independent and strong. She was trained in average martial arts skill, and surpassed her mother in gymnastics. Devony grew up in a very content world in Brazil. Both women made sure Devony could protect herself, if she ever encountered their enemies, one being the biggest of them all, The Joker.

Devony grew to love botany. Gardening became a passion; she loved spending time with her Auntie Pamela in the jungle, discovering new exotic plants. What she loved most of all is the knack for developing gadgets. She would spend countless hours developing something for Pamela to use during her research, or for her mother to use during her night raids. As Devony got older, Harley and Pamela started to notice something different about her, whenever she snapped her fingers she caused fire crackle effect, one day she accidently burned down part of the house.

Both Harley and Pam started to teach Devony on how to control her ability, without causing any damage, but focusing on whatever objected she wanted to explode in flames. Naturally, along the way, as one being raised by an egotistical plant loving woman, and a psychopathic mother (who was not so insane when raising Devony), would develop certain mental traits growing up. She had a dislike for men, yet she was told she could fellow her womanly instincts, not too fully trust all men. Especially, men dressed up as a 'bat' (eg. Batman/Nightwing) and one particular man…The Joker. Devony learned from the best in thievery, and the art of female seduction to render male victims to her every whim. Devony comes off a little less ordinary, talks too fast, acts a little radical and overly passionate with fire.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Devony was arrested for stealing goods from a high end store. She was blackmailed and sent to work with the Suicide Squad as per punishment.

What are you planning to do with this character? Suicide Squad related stuff. Possibly do freelance missions as per request from other groups. Continue to cause havoc with her thievery and shenanigans.

What do you want to see happen with this character?: Suicide Squad stuff. Also seeking out to play well with others, establish a better social standing and learn to work with a team.
