facts:
 her name is clark lynn gilmer and she's currently a senior at west high. she's eighteen years old and she was born on june 7th, 1990. she was due out in july, but she was born early, she was the smallest kid in the nursery in the hospital so her parents could spot her within the crowd of babies fairly quickly. she was lucky to have been brought into this world with everything working properly and very healthy. clark still lives in salt lake city, utah where she was conceived and born, she has also lived in the same house, even if she doesn't have the best of memories.
clark hasn't lived the fairy tale life, she's completely cut herself off from the world and she's only let a selected few in her life, those that she knows she can trust with anything. there was really only one person that could get through to her when she was in this type of mood and that was her best friend since birth. their mothers were best friends and oddly enough they ended up getting pregnant around the same time as well, so they always considered themselves to be best friends since they were in the womb. the minute the two of them had their very first play date, they’ve been attached at the hip. everyone had a friend that never let them down, one that would never lie to you, that’s who clark felt more open with.
her parents are nothing special, although they're still together they have a strained relationship. she begun to notice something had changed when he parents started to sleep in separate rooms and no longer in the same bed. of course being a little girl at the time her parents never filled her in on the details because they believed she couldn't handle it and it really didn't concern her. it was weird being in a family that the parents were not divorced but they didn't even like being in the same parts of the house anymore, sometimes clark would just wish that her parents would divorce so it wouldn't feel like she was walking on broken glass each time her parents came face-to-face with one another.
clark also got pregnant at the age of sixteen, but of course she couldn't keep it. she didn't know the first thing about raising a baby and the boy that impregnated her didn't stick around very long once he had found out what had happened. she gave up her baby girl for adoption, she knew that the baby deserved a loving home where she could be raised properly. clark knew a lot of couples couldn't have kids that really wished they could and that the baby would find a new loving home in no time, so she didn't regret her decision. although she does find herself wondering what it would have been like if she didn't give the baby up for adoption, but those thoughts quickly left as soon as they came. her relationship with her mother faded and they don't talk to one another much after the whole pregnancy thing, she pretty much thinks clark's an idiot for not being careful. but her father, however, much more understanding since she is considered to be his little girl and naturally he wanted to be there even through her hardest times. he tried numerous times to get her mother to accept what happened and that clark was still her daughter. she also doesn't tell a lot of people this because she knows how rumors get twisted and she really doesn't want her news spread all throughout campus, so only a few friends she trusts know she was pregnant at some point. clark has had a lot of boyfriends, but she is by no means "easy" as some would say. most of those boyfriends have been involved in some sort of sport, she loves the athletic type. her longest boyfriend lasted for one year. they broke up because she had found out that he had been cheating on her during the last couple of months that they had dated. he was one of her best friends and they even dated while she was pregnant with someone else's child. they still acknowledge each others existence when they pass each other in the hallways with an awkward wave or two, but things have definitely changed between the two.
clark loves to party and drink, its one of the things that really lets her escape from her not-so-perfect life that she has. she has come home sloshed some nights and it just makes her mother more and more furious. she's surprised that her mother hasn't kicked her out yet., but she figured her dad is reallly the only person who stands up for her when her mother is trying to rip he ra new one.clark does most everything but smoke. well, to be honest, she does it on occasion, just when people offer them to her. but she doesn't care for it all that much, so she's not addicted to it. frankly, she hates the way it smells and how horrible your breath smells afterward.
clark's pretty smart, she's in mostly ap classes but she wouldn't consider herself a genius, she's just very dedicated when it comes to her school work because she knows how important it is to get good grades in order to get into really good colleges. she's hoping to apply to either harvard or yale and be accepted, so that goal makes her work extra hard (she's a straight a student).
clark is also very opinionated, she will answer anything and everything honestly. she hates lying and feels that in the end it only hurts a person. it's something that people hate about her, nobody likes the truth afterall. when people first meet her they think she's this mega bitch, it's just how she comes off, even if she doesn't mean it, but once you get to know her people realize that she's probably the biggest sweetheart in the world.
clark is very artist she loves to paint, draw, sculpt, anything and everything. she's convinced that she's no good at it, but it's always been a passion of hers ever since her mom took her to an art gallery she felt in love with it. her mom even added a studio to their house for clark to get creative in. aside from being very artsy, she also does one other form of "art" which is singing. she doesn't think she's all that great but she's sung a few songs for a talent show or even for an old folks home. she loves entertaining and being in front of a crowd, she also knows how to play the piano and the guitar. she hopes that some day she can get into singing and do it professionally but she doesn't keep her hopes up since she knows that it'll more then likely never happen.
