I went to this town's 'ball' recently. I use the term 'ball' loosely because really that wasn't like any ball I've ever been too. Which is a good thing. Balls are stuffy and boring and usually a ton of nobles trying to bury their noses in each other's asses.
Let's go over the highlight reel shall we.
First and foremost. My date. First, second and third prettiest thing in the room. She could probably claim fourth too if she'd smile a bit. Nah she can claim fourth too she's even pretty cute when she's ticked off.
Next kids on skateboards. Reminds me I should get myself one of those things. Looks like fun. Though I'll leave out the fire extinguisher. Personally I think they should have used silly string. Multi-colors and it isn't so much dangerous as it is just annoying. Plus it's called silly string so it's automatically funny.
Kyoko getting a punch bowl dumped on her and going Carrie on everyone Sasakura was also amusing. Plus did anyone else know that this chick is flammable or something? I think it would have been slightly more amusing if she wasn't dead serious about burning his face off like that final scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Then Lelouch getting drunk and attempting to pick a fight with me. I mean he could slap me if he wanted. It's not like it would hurt. I mean I bet he has even less strength drunk than when sober so it wouldn't really bother me any. Though I didn't really think he'd get drunk or whatever after once glass. He's all cultured and stuff you'd think he'd be introduced to these things before. Though I guess the guy weighs about as much as his sister so he was pretty much on the level of a fragile sixteen-year-old girl.
That would have been more amusing if he hadn't then triumphantly proclaimed he won and then took my date away cause she had to haul him back to the room before he hurt himself. Really. No chance of him hurting anyone but himself I don't think.
I had fun hanging out with everyone else though. They're cool people. Still need to find that skateboard though.
