Right. So she was pregnant. A lot of people that knew Alice would say it was bound to happen to her someday, but she was generally almost always careful. Most of the time. Sometimes, she slipped up. She was only human.

Still, she needed to tell someone. Someone who wouldn't judge her, wouldn't tease her too much. Someone who was family.

Alice sighed. She shouldn't really be kicking herself so much. With how much sex her and Quinn had, it wasn't surprising that she ended up pregnant. They weren't always as careful as they could have been.

Alice had figured that telling him in person would be best. She had called him to tell him that she had something important to tell him, and she would be flying out to see him. When she arrived at Excal headquarters, Alice took a deep breath before knocking on the door.

Alice was annoyed. She had to go on a mission, and Bentley (who she'd been saddled with for the day), was insisting that he come along. Bentley was a handful, and she knew he meant well, but she had to take care of this one on her own.

And he was starting to give her a migraine.

"Bentley, I appreciate you wanting to help, but this is really a one person job." Alice explained.

God, she was going to shoot him.

In addition to English, Alice is fluent in French, Portuguese, Spainish, and can manage a halfway decent conversation in Russian.
Weaknesses and flaws: While she has the strength level of someone who participates in extensive daily training, Alice is a normal adult female, with normal weaknesses and flaws.

Backstory: Alice is the youngest of Timothy "Dum Dum" Dugan's several grandchild, and the only child of his son James and his wife, Mary. With James going into the "family business" like his father, Alice was raised around SHIELD agents and their children, and formed a fast friendship with Sammy Fury, and the two of them were known for getting into all sorts of trouble when they were younger, and have remained close friends their entire lives.

Going into S.H.I.E.L.D has always been Alice's life goal, though Mary tried to get her daughter to explore other possibly career goals when she was younger. Alice was able to make a deal with her mother, though, as soon as she graduated from college, Alice could enroll in the S.H.I.E.L.D academy. Thanks to homeschooling, Alice was able to graduate high-school a year before most her age, and as of last year, graduated from ESU with a degree in law enforcement. She is currently a cadet in the S.H.I.E.L.D Academy.

"I hate recon assignments," she says to Aleks, her face half-buried in the pillow. "They have a horrible tendency of going terribly wrong."

She rolls over on her side, going for the room service menu next to the bed. "I think I want a cheeseburger. ....After I have a bath. I smell like HYDRA lab."

Alice was on assignment in Star City. She had to scope out the Outsiders and report back to Sammy on the team's status on Friday. Her mission had been a success, and she was enjoying a little downtime.

Alice made her way into a local bar and took a seat. She signaled the bartender to bring her a beer.

Daily workout

Two more minutes on the treadmill and then she'd move on to lifting weights.

Alice was a good portion into her daily after-training workout session. Her iPod was on shuffle and she was getting up to a pretty good speed, and found herself burning nearly twice the amount of calories that she'd burnt yesterday. She was starting to work up a bit of a sweat, but after she'd stretched a little, she'd be ready to lift weights for an hour before calling her workout wrapped for the day.

It wasn't that she was a workout addict or anything...she just liked to stay in shape. How else was she supposed to move on the field if she wasn't in tip-top condition?

The treadmill slowed into a cool-down and Alice slowed her pace down. When the machine came to a stop, Alive looked down at the stats before hopping off the treadmill, wiping it off with a rag before pausing her iPod and taking a sip out of her water bottle.

What are you planning to do with this character?: Alice is not a leader. She has no intention of eventually assuming leadership of S.H.I.E.L.D one day, like Sammy, and is perfectly content to be more of a go-to guy and second in command sort, very much like her grandfather is to Sammy's father. With the forming of the new S.H.I.E.L.D team, it'll give her a chance to showcase her skills, and act as second for Sammy, in addition to her getting some time on the field, and put what she's learned so far to good use.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Shenanigans with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Sample post: Target practice was strangely relieving after a long day of training. Followed by more training on her own.

Right now, Alice was at the shooting range at the S.H.I.E.L.D Academy, hands firmly on her favorite handgun, fully concentrating on just putting holes in the target. Some girls went shopping to relaxing. Alice...she put bullets in targets.

She pulled back on the trigger, and watched as the bullet hit the bullseye.

Alice grinned.

Yeah, this beat shopping.
