Gwen Wells, known philanthropist, was found dead in her apartment this morning, apparently of natural causes.
Gwen was a kind and thoughtful woman who gave a good deal of her time to charities in New Meridian and the surrounding areas. She is probably best known for her work at the Stephen G. Widdows House; one of the few charities that helps werewolves adjust to their new circumstances.
She is survived by her husband, Brant Wells, son, Garage Wells, grandson Enki Chance, and her well known brother, Gideon Morrow.
A mourning ceremony will take place tomorrow afternoon followed by a public burning rite.
