Oldest Prophet Found Dead

Beloved prophet, Agatha Ambrose was found dead in her home just outside of New Meridian this morning. It is believed that she died of natural causes due to old age.

The other prophets have confirmed that Agatha intended to step down from her position as prophet before her passing. It has not yet been revealed why she had intended to do so.

Agatha was the oldest prophet, living or deceased. She was the last remaining prophet to have witnessed the forming of Parliament and the kingship at New Meridian.

She has always been seen as the wisest prophet, even in her younger years. Many believe that her kindness and her light-handed approach to Fortuna magic made her the most favorable prophet as well.

Agatha retreated to a more private life after the murder of her daughter Lilith and her son-in-law. Her daughter had been expecting a child when her life was cut short. The murder remains unsolved to this day.

A mourning ceremony will take place this evening and tomorrow evening at Parliament in New Meridian. A public burning rite will take place on Wednesday at dusk on Cadogan Lake.
