Andrew Mast: LEO. Easy going cop, very nice to prisoners. When Trix was in jail he went out of his way to make sure she was fed, since all the other LEOs would have let her starve. He can be funny and has a good sense of humor about himself. Permission: Usable by anyone, adoptable
