Player (nickname, handle)/ LJ: Nix Email: lifeinpolaroid@gmail.com AIM (if you have one): BlackPennedWords Character Name: Olivia Alyssa Buckman Character LJ (if applicable): handgesture Physical description (face, build, weight): Olivia stands 5'9" and weighs 130 pounds. She has naturally blonde hair that is augmented with chemical highlighting. She has blue-green eyes that often look gray. Olivia has a curvy figure for her weight and long legs. Her hair is naturally somewhat curly though she often wears it straightened. Age: 25 (will be 26 in about one month) Birthday: October 1 PB: (If using one.) Romola Garai Abilities: Olivia holds a power called chironomic kineticism which is a complicated name that simply means she can read hand gestures and other body language and posture the same way a telepath can read minds, down to the slightest movement of the eye. She can speak Mandarin and Spanish. Weaknesses and flaws: Olivia has all normal human frailties. Character location/Home: New York City Alignment (villain, hero etc): Olivia is mostly out for her own interests. This may sometimes lead to heroic actions. Eventually I would like to see her take on a villainous bent. Relatives (living/dead?): Edward "Ned" Buckman (father, deceased), Paris Seville (mother, deceased). maternal grandmother (living). Backstory: Olivia never really got to know her father. Sebastian Shaw and Emma Frost saw to that when they murdered him all so they could overthrow him and her mother as leadership in the Hellfire Club. Olivia had been a toddler when her father died and her mother would pass away before she was a teenager leaving Olivia to be raised by her maternal grandmother, a woman who never let the young Olivia forget who had taken her parents from her. As such, Olivia grew up with one goal in mind: revenge upon those who stole what should have been hers. To that end, Olivia has been preparing all her life for the moment when she can crush Sebastian Shaw and Emma Frost, particularly Frost, and take back her mother's crown. Excelling in school, Olivia studied business so that she could helm the remnants of her father's empire. She's young, but determined, and has seen Buckman Industries begin to rise again. Her ability has helped her with that a great deal and now she's ready to take on a much larger challenge. How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: With Shaw overthrown within the Hellfire Club, Olivia is going to seek out the new King. What are you planning to do with this character? I plan to utilize Olivia in the creation of a more defined Hellfire Club within the game, then expand on that idea with various plots. What do you want to see happen with this character?: Outside of the usual idea of character growth, I would like to see Olivia slowly become a villain of sorts.

It hadn't surprised Olivia that Julian Howard was too busy to speak with her. He was, after all, King, but more than that she wasn't anything of interest to him. Her hereditary membership in the Hellfire Club wasn't anything interesting to anyone, really, other than a "isn't she Ned Buckman's kid" whisper that sometimes passed between the members who were smart enough to know their history. After such a humiliating defeat no one considered much of anything related to "that Buckman girl" which was largely how Olivia liked it. But Julian was smarter than that, of course. Olivia knew as much. He'd passed her on to someone he could trust with an opinion instead of outright dismissing her. It was an opening of sorts and Olivia knew it. If she could get past the Black Queen she would be in firing range of her target.
Olivia checked the address she had been given for the body art parlor against the building her driver pulled up at. After telling him to leave the area and return only upon her call, Olivia got out and walked into the shop, a figure distinctly not the type of clientele that the shop usually attracted, though Olivia did have a piercing or two she could stand some new hardware for.
"Good afternoon."
