Well it turns out I did, bro. Because I did it again. Twice today.

Brief History: Brody York was born and raised on the Isle, the firstborn son of Keegan and Olivia, proud owners of Palma de la Mano, the local surf-shop. Since they worked there full-time, Brody was practically raised there with his younger brother Ryvre, who was born only a year and a half after he was. From the moment Brody first saw the white sands and blue waters he was smitten... but when he was handed his first board, it was love at first sight. He was a natural in the water and took to surfing relatively quickly... under his parents' guidance, he and Ryvre quickly became adept at riding the waves. His natural talent for the sport, as well as his outgoing personality made him a great instructor, a position that he was ushered into once he was old enough to hold the position legally.

Brody doesn't exactly take much interest in external affairs, but he was in fact aware of the oil spill since it had directly affected the family business. However, since the accident he has begun to discover that perhaps there were some unexpected side-effects...

Brief Description of Power Capabilities: Brody has the ability to manipulate liquids. However, he can not produce or create the liquid on his own... he can only control fluid that already exists. As such, he can create some pretty gnarly waves at his leisure, and can re-direct the flow of running water (a fabulous talent for his infamous early-morning pranks with Ryvre and Savy). However, this power can also be quite dangerous... a significant fraction of the human body is composed of water, afterall.
