I don't really know what to say, or how to say it, but I guess it's worth a shot. I've been sitting here for a while trying to figure out how to do this, and I'm not entirely sure I'll succeed. I know some of you are worried, though, so I might as well say something.

Dumbledore was probably the greatest person I've ever known, and even if you didn't agree with what he stood for, you have to admit he was a force to be reckoned with. He believed fervently in equality and love, and tried his best to do right by it. I admired him a lot, and the world is a sadder place with him gone. I don't care if you think he favoured me or the Gryffindors--he cared about Hogwarts as a whole more than anything, and hopefully you realize that. And even though he's gone, things have just started. His death wasn't the end of anything. That's another thing I hope you realize.
