She also a couple of stars up her shoulder blade.

supernatural

RACE: Therianthrope; Lioness.
ABILITIES
Lion: She is fully able to transform into her other form, an African lioness at will. During that type she has all the skills associated with her animal. Thanks to her race, she no longer ages and has enhanced healing capabilities.

ETHER: Yes; she is the sharp and sudden tang of sour cherry, something fruity and bright almost, vibrant, alive. The scent of bubblegum is mixed in with her ether, both natural and unnatural tastes of cherry colliding. There is something almost shocking, intense, at times about Skylar on the ether, cold water thrown in the face, catching you off guard. There is nothing subtle about her.
SKILLS: She is rather good when it comes to languages, having an ear for them and can speak several. German is her native tongue, although she speaks both English and a number of African dialects perfectly, able to switch between the languages in a moments notice. Skylar has a motorbike which she knows how to ride and do so well, constantly trying to improve her driving skills. Her bubblegum blowing skills are near legendary within the pride.
LIMITATIONS: Skylar rarely thinks things through; brash and hot headed, she reacts and then acts, and rarely takes into consideration the proper outcome of her actions. Her curiously has led her into all manner of danger and changed her life in staggering fashions in the past, something she had not learnt and so curiosity still controls her. Silver, of course is deadly to her. Skylar also has a rather naive streak to her in certain respects, simply not understanding why certain groups hate each other or that she is supposed to hate certain people purely on what group they are in.
WEAPONRY TRAINING: Some; Skylar knows how to handle herself in a fight, mostly because she demanded to learn after one too many close calls, realizing that she was in more danger having to constantly count on someone being near enough to help.
GROUP: The Raidan Pride; The Raidan.

history

FAMILY
FATHER: Gerhard Löwe.
MOTHER: Ria Löwe nee Keller.
SIBLING(S): None; considers Christian Solomon and Carter Wright her siblings.

●	Skylar’s parents were part of the Amsel pride, lions settled in Germany, and had been for many generations. They were a proud pride, preferring to keep a distance from humanity, something that became increasingly difficult as the years wore on and mankind spread. World War Two however, was the final straw, yet another blemish on what they considered their national history and with the defeat of the German people, they had no wish to remain.
•	The year of Skylar’s birth therefore, saw the pride complete their preparations and migrate, leaving behind their home and heading south. It took them nearly three years of slow moving and avoiding any densely populated patches before they finally found an area they were willing to settle in and claim as their own territory – in Africa.
•	It was there that Skylar grew up, safe in the knowledge that her family loved her, that her pack loved her. She was taught from the moment she could remember how dangerous humans were, in fact how dangerous anyone was who wasn’t a lion. Anything not of their own was to be avoided, ignored and not tolerated if they started making a fuss.
•	Try as Skylar might, she had trouble accepting the prides position on non-lions. Turned lions were welcomed into the fold so long as they agreed to cut all ties with their human life and she couldn’t understand how a simple change of race somehow made them worthy, when they were the same person inside.
•	She also wanted to know more about the world and so soon after her twentieth birthday, Skylar started to sneak away from the pride in order to learn more about the world around her. At first it was simply watching from afar, observing them but gradually she came closer and closer.
•	Eventually, she even began talking to them, always full of questions, wanting to know everything she could about them, about their lives and while sometimes it wasn’t always nice things she learnt, Skylar couldn’t understand why they were so feared and avoided by her pride.
•	Unfortunately, while she thought she was being discreet, Skylar wasn’t quite discreet enough and the rest of the pride learnt about her little visits, the young lioness pulled before the leaders. For daring to question them, for breaking the most highly held rule the pride had, Skylar was deemed worse than any bitten lion, there was no hope for her, as she was, quite simply contaminated by the outside world.
•	Her parents simply stood there and watched as their daughter was banished, turned their backs on her when she asked them to help and said quite simply, that they no longer had a child.
•	It was a rude awakening, Skylar given mere hours to leave the pride’s territory or she would be considered an outside lion, a danger and dealt with. With no other choice and knowing that nobody would protect her, she left with only the clothes on her back.
•	Aimlessly, she wandered over Africa for the next few years, no fixed destination or desire in mind, just trying to survive. Skylar learnt even more about the world as she travelled, delighting in all the new things and she could almost forgot the ache of being alone.
•	After a while though, as much as she loved Africa, as much as it was home, it was simply too full of memories and painful ghosts, of the family she didn’t have anymore and being so close, yet so far away was agony and so Skylar bartered and bargained her way into the first ship that would take her. She didn’t care where it was going so long as it wasn’t Africa – she wasn’t expecting America though.
•	It was a place she had heard about only in stories, loneness and home sickness swept away by wide eyed wonder at this new place, so very different from anything she had seen before.
•	Skylar was still very naive, having no reason not to trust people as she explored, a trust that nearly cost her dearly on the outskirts of Las Vegas. She didn’t question the wolf that offered her a place to stay, didn’t think anything was wrong until the rest of the wolf’s pack arrived, circling her.
•	She was a bit of fun, some meat, prey to enjoy and Skylar knew she was no match for them, backing away only to be grabbed by another wolf. She struggled violently, kicking and lashing out as they came closer, more instinct than anything else.
•	There were too many of them, the wolves managing to subdue her, Skylar unable to do anything but watch as the first one came closer, a dangerous swagger and smirk on his face.
•	It didn’t remain there long, shadows suddenly bursting onto the scene, other lions, and being close to her own kind again made Skylar cry with relief. She watched as the pair effortlessly dispatched the wolves, clinging to the first one as they came close. They were Christian and Carter, lions from the nearby pride and she was offered a place within it, something she accepted without hesitation, the pair becoming her heroes in a single night.
•	The pride wasn’t perfect, something about the dominate lion unsettling her and it didn’t take long for him to try and sleep with Skylar. The mere thought made her shudder and fee sick but thankfully Christian or Carter were always there to help her ward him off. It was worth it to stay in the pride, to stay close to the two males she considered her brothers, who she loved.
•	When Christian finally stood up to his step father and killed him, Skylar enthusiastically supported it, the same with Carter taking a more important role in the pride.
•	Now that they are running things, she can finally relax, have fun and remain confident in the knowledge that she has the best family possible.

extra
