Or is it really just that I was still a bit hungover from the weekend, combined with the cold rainy gross-ness of the day, that wearing pajamas to school sounded perfect.

Flannel pants (even if I did have to add a shirt) are much better to just roll out of bed in, ready to go. I think the slippers were a hit as well if Rinoa-chan is any indication.

So today one of my classes was cancelled but since I didn't have anything better to do until my next class, a few of us went to the food court and started plotting an invasion of the humanities building with foam swords and our armies of ninjas, pirates and robots. Only problem? No one could decide who got to be what...

I wanna be a ninja...but Aka makes it hard to be all sneaky and shit, so I might have to settle for pirate...

I'll be back to ask my own of you guys tonight, but I'm putting this out there to get the ball rolling for anyone who might get the itch while I'm at work.

Ask anything that you want to know about Kiba and if I don't know the answer, I'll ~~make shit up~~ figure it out. Especially with characters that are outside of the normal playing circle, especially in an au, it's good to know the big answers, the little answers, the answers to things that you never would have thought to ask yourself but ended up being kind of cool and something you can build on later. So give it your best shot! Ask early and ask often!

Yeah, forget that I said that. I've already got a stupid amount of reading and assignments to do. And Mom doesn't seem to care that school > her ~~not that I'm going to say this to her face, I'm not THAT dumb~~

So yeah, too much shit going on. Classes, homework, still working most of my summer hours at the clinic for another couple of weeks until we can get another part-timer on staff, and Naruto being an attention whore. Yes. I sad it. OH. I WANT MY GUITAR BACK YOU BASTARD!

And speaking of bastards...I was out jogging with Akamaru Sunday morning when he ran off towards this alley in one of the residential areas. Keep in mind that it had rained all night... I went to see what he was sniffing at and found this shoebox that had been left next to the recycling bins, soaked through and sagging...with two baby rabbits inside. Hana and I have been sharing bunny duty to bottle feed them and I think they're going to make it, but dude. What the fuck was someone thinking when they left them there in the first place? I can't tell you how many times we've had animals abandoned on the steps to the clinic and yeah, that's shitty, but at least we can take care of them and try to find them a good home. But to stick them with the garbage two blocks away? Shit.

They look a lot better than they did a couple of days ago...but I can totally hold both of them in one hand. I'll be glad when they don't need to be fed constantly though. And Akamaru just...hovers...over them. Like they're his pups or something.

I guess it's a good thing it's not soccer season yet.

But I am so ready for summer break to be over with. You would be too if your mom was taking advantage of your lack of classes and soccer practice in order to heap five people's worth of shit work on you every day. Why do I not have my own place, aside from the bills? Seriously...

Tenny, you need to come save me one day. Mom likes you and might actually let me leave for a bit if you help me butter her up, play up the "I've been out of the country" bit. Maybe. Or maybe I can get Hana to distract her just long enough to escape.
