| Victor Hollingsworth |
[Feb. 25th, 2008|01:03 am] |
VICTOR · 128 · VAMPIRE In 1899, Victor was just another newsboy, looking to help his family make ends meet in New York City. His father was a trolley worker, determined to do his part in the strikes. This forced Victor to work even harder at selling the newspapers. Victor had worked well into the evening the night he was pulled into an alley by a man whose face Victor didn’t have a chance to see. When Victor turned, he hid in a dark storage closet in a theatre until the hunger got to be too much to bear. Victor has always had a taste for younger teenagers as he is too self-involved to spend much more than an hour or two looking for prey. Since he acquired ability, Victor has become increasingly fond of flight. In fact, he is prone to making what he thinks are grand entrances by floating down in front of someone. He hardly realizes that this is more annoying than awe-inspiring. |

| Quentin King |
[Feb. 25th, 2008|01:00 am] |
Quentin King·21·Werecoyote It’s no secret that what happened to the King brothers was a tragedy. When two boys lose their entire family in one day, scars are formed that cannot be covered by any amount of flesh or fur. What Warner and Jonas didn’t know, however, was that their brother survived the attack. Quentin, afraid for his life and thinking his brothers were dead, fled the familiar lands of Cold Water Flats, settling for the rural regions of northern Idaho. It was at his job as a cashier in a local convenience store that he began flipping through a new-ish music magazine. He’d been shocked to see his brothers’ faces staring back at him from the pages. From that point, he collected whatever mementos of his brothers’ fame and kept them in an album. When the pain of being able to see his brothers without being near them was too much, Quentin packed up and headed back toward Cold Water Flats. To this day, he harbors a great hatred for werewolves. He is a bit surly, but soft at his core, especially when it comes to his brothers. |

| Gabriel Bennett |
[Feb. 25th, 2008|12:55 am] |
Gabriel · 16 · Half-Demon When Gabriel Bennett was born, his mother was afraid that his blue tinge was due to lack of oxygen. As it turned out, the boy was breathing just fine, but he was freezing cold. Soon, the boy's pallor went back to normal and his body temperature increased, leaving him just below normal. The first time Gabe frosted over his mother's mirror in a fit, she knew what had happened. Her one night stand had been with much more than a jerk with a nice kiss. For all intents and purposes, though, Gabe has always been a nice, shy boy. And, really, the only time his power is seen is when he's upset. Normally, fits of anger find his opponents' feet blue and bouts of depression cause frosted windows and mirrors all around the Bennett household. Gabriel would never use his power to seriously harm anyone and, perhaps, it is this lack of interest in it that keeps his powers so weak. In fact, Gabe doesn't like to immediately share that he has this ability. |

| AnaKatherine Robershaw |
[Feb. 25th, 2008|12:46 am] |
AnaKatherine · 23 · Witch AnaKatherine has always been a bright girl. From a very young age, she showed a lot of promise in her magic, showing skill unlike what the other little girls were showing. When she was twelve, she disappeared into the night, bent on "connecting with nature." Two days later, AnaKatherine came back. After that point, she became much angrier, taking her frustration out on the least deserving people at home and around Cold Water Flats. It is this anger that has AnaKatherine stuck at a level two witch. She wants desperately to become a level three, but something inside of her refuses to let her advance. This, above everything, angers her more. AnaKatherine is not all anger, though. She has a kind heart when it comes to animals. At any given point in the day, AnaKatherine will have at least one animal around her, specifically butterflies. |
