Tilly lived with Travis' family as a foster child. She is more his sister than his actual sister. She and Travis have lived together for many years and have never considered moving apart. They lived in California for a long time before she was transferred to the Burnham City branch of the Onyx Modeling agency (for which she is a talent scout/executive).

After years of fruitless dating Tilly decided if she wanted to have a baby she'd have to do it on her own. She went to a sperm bank, got herself some magic and in July 2009 Tilly gave birth to her daughter Emmaline. She's proud to be a career mom, though she doesn't get to spend as much time with Emmaline as she'd like.
