Brief History: After discovering his powers, Mr.Elkins took quite an interest in the whole affair and began to get heavy on the research, including and ongoing attempt and formulating a cure which would actually be used as a weapon. He hasn't delved into biological warfare just yet, so what a perfect opportunity. He formed The Order which acts as The Hellfire club, an exclusive organization made to use powers collectively to benefit the group, so as to rule politically and economically. It's basically the bad guys all convened. Charles, due to the fact that he's still a weapons dealer doesn't spend a lot of time in the US so acts as a facilitator, giving out 'allowances' and resources, like his weapons to let those in the Order to whatever evil deeds their hearts desire so long as those deeds don't intervene with his own.

Car crash. -Lola 'Rambo' Rambovitski-Elkins (daughter, 24) -Edward Elkins (father) -Heather Du Pont-Elkins (mother) -Olivia Elkins (sister) Brief Summary: Charles Lucas Elkins was born to shipping magnate Edward Elkins, and socialite Heather Elkins on July 15th 1959 He was the eldest, and only son, having a younger sister named Olivia (6 years his junior). Raised in upper east side society, Charles was given everything he wanted with a snap of his fingers, and so it was easy to see him as a spoiled child, proud and indifferent to people 'lower than he'. However, While his classmates kept with this idea of class divide, Charles knew the value of hard work, and so valued any man or woman who worked hard at all. Of course he was still better than the majority, but he didn't shun the whole populace based on poverty level. It was this value that would make him big in business. As a child Charles was made to believe that his Father was the ideal, that being cut-throat, manipulative, and smart with your money, was the only way to get by in life. School came easily to Charles who excelled in all subjects and sports as Captain of the lacrosse team, and track team. Excellence was what was expected of him, so it was what he delivered, all the while becoming distant and full of loathing for parents who couldn't care less about him or his sister as people. University came along and Charles attended first Harvard school of business, then London school of economics. His father expected him to carry on the family business in shipping, but Charles was never one to stick to a mold. It was a conversation with a Senator in the early 80's that had him thinking of the lucrative career of weapons manufacturing and dealing, and for a man as detail oriented as Charles, it was a perfect fit. Since it was a rather new concept to build up a Weapons arms business, the business itself amassed great wealth and success in only it's first 5 years. Charles' father Edward, though seemingly proud of his son's accomplishments saw him as a rival, and cut most ties to Charles in those first years. Not that Charles cared, he was too busy milking his business for all it was worth. It was in the 80's that he met Elizabeth Rambovitski, a student at Harvard, where he had returned to do a speech to the business class. She too was part of high society, but had none of the patience or attitude for it. She surprised him when she refused to take him at face value, and challenged everything about him. It was often said that he married her because she frustrated him, which was probably true, though he loved her more than anyone will ever know (literally). They had 6 years together, Charles' only daughter Lola being born in 1987. It was only three years after that, that Elizabeth would be involved in a car accident, one that would take her life and the lives of 3 others. It was clear to see that her death was the turning point for Charles, who never really had a normal relationship again. Charles soon became obsessed with his work, and began investing in different companies as well. He doted on Lola, who aside from his business was all he really cared about. She absolutely exasperates him, since she insists on being so damned rebellious. He still tries to keep her in line, but it seems to get more and more impossible. She's just like her mother. He spends the majority of his time away from the Untied Sates, though when the powers started to appear he formed a group called The Order who's people used their powers to dominate politically, economically, and however they saw fit (Hellfire club basically).
