Abilities: Buffy has no actual superhuman abilities, though she has had access to one of the Pogalachian Power Gems. She is also trained gymnast and acrobat. She is possibly the richest member of the Raiderettes.
Weaknesses and flaws: Buffy is not very smart though part of that is she never thinks for herself and very much a follower having once waited in a line for hours just because there was long line that lots of people seemed to be going into.

Relatives (living/dead?): Steve Desmond-Father, Carol Desmond- Mother
Backstory: Buffy Desmond (actually Beth, but she feels that's far too plain) was born to Jet-setting elite who didn't have the time or inclination to put a child seat on their private plane. She was given private care, and put in charge of the house, and given any toy or any amusement she wanted, but largely not permitted a lot of social connection or care. Strongly loyal to the group as the people who most accepted her, she funds just about anything they need or want, and usually jumps quickly on following any plan the group comes up with.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Already in the game as part of the raiderettes.
What are you planning to do with this character? Have her do stuff with the raiderettes and maybe start actually thinking for herself. Possibly experiment with a goth look.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: I would find it hilarious if Buffy fell for a Hero and started trying to use her powers to help him with disastrous results.
