Character Name: T'Chara "Chara" Charles (T'Chara Komos Wakandas or Princess T'Chara of Wakanda officially.)

Physical description (face, build, weight): 5'9", 125 lbs, white hair, blue-grey eyes, has the beginnings of a Tree of Life tattoo on her back (specifically the roots on her backside and inner rear thigh.)

Abilities:
Chara has her mother's powerset. This includes weather control including the psionic ability to control all forms of weather over vast areas. She has been able to control both Earthly and extraterrestrial ecosystems on several occasions. She can control the temperature of the environment, control all forms of precipitation, humidity and moisture (at a molecular level), generate lightning and other electromagnetic atmospheric phenomena, and has demonstrated excellent control over atmospheric pressure. She can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. She can dissipate such weather to form clear skies as well.
Her control over the atmosphere allows her to create special weather effects. She can create precipitation at higher or lower altitudes than normal, make whirlwinds travel pointing lengthwise in any direction, channel ambient electromagnetism through her body to generate electric blasts, flash freeze objects and people, coalesce atmospheric pollutants into acid rain or toxic fog, and summon wind currents strong enough to support her weight to elevate herself to fly at high altitudes and speeds. She has the potential to manipulate the air in a person's lungs. She can also control the pressure inside the human inner ear, an ability she uses to cause intense pain. She can also bend light using moisture in the air and her manipulation of mist and fog to appear partially transparent and nearly invisible.
She has magical potential that she has not explored.
Chara's physiology grants her a total immunity to extreme weather conditions and temperatures of heat and cold. Her body compensates for rapid decreases or increases in atmospheric pressure. She can see in near-complete darkness and has superb dexterity.Also, when utilizing her powers, Chara's eyes turn solid white.
Weaknesses and flaws:
While Chara has access to the same powers as her mother her upbringing in the controlled, comfortable environment of a stable home has left her largely untested with them and as such it would be difficult for her to access all of her potential abilities--she may use a handful in turn. Additionally, her abilities are, like her mother, limited by her willpower and the strength of her body. As she is human, she is subceptible to illness and even something as basic as a head cold could drastically reduce the strength of her power.
She's also allergic to almonds.

Backstory:
The first child born to Storm and T'Challa after they married, T'Chara had an entirely different upbringing than her older sister Akilah. Chara grew up in the court, as it were, and had an entirely different experience than her sister. Whereas Akilah was more of a warrior, Chara was more of a princess. She learned the elements of leadership and diplomacy through various royal events and interactions, but knew little of actually using her abilities or physical skills. After sending their eldest to learn diplomacy, Storm and T'Challa realized that their younger daughter had deficiencies that needed addressing. To that end, they chose to send their daughter to New York, specifically to the X-Men.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Have Chara arrive to work with the X-Men.
What are you planning to do with this character?: X-Men related things as well as some Wakanda-focused plots that will present Chara as a counterpoint to her older sister, Akilah.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Develop her abilities, learn something more than being a princess.
