• kaleigh denali russo is her name, usually people just call her kay but she prefers not to be. born on december 3rd, 1987, making her nineteen, almost twenty years old. she gre up a full-blooded italian, both of her parents were 100% italian and they carry the 'russo family fortune' back in las vegas - kaleigh's hometown.

• her grandparents died when she was seven years old and they left her parents a large chunk of money that would but kaleigh and her sister through college and give them whatever they so desired. kaleigh only knew of the 'fortune' coming from a chain of casinos that her grandfather had owned, but there had been rumors otherwise, some even mentioned a mafia.

• her mother didn't think it was as important to stay with her second daughter as it was with the first, so as soon as kaleigh was born her mother was ready to go back to work asap and kaleigh never shared that childhood bond with anyone but the nanny - miss trisha was her name. a very elegant lady, with a few kids of her own. she was prim and proper and managed to teach the russo girls all their manners, even when kaleigh refused. that only meant she would be sent to her room and scolded by her parents at a later date.

• she managed to have a fake id to all the clubs she wanted to go to. she was sure her parents would never find out until her sister told them out of pure jealousy and rage one day. she refused to talk to her sister for months, and while they still share a 'sisterly' bond, it was not as strong as it had been kaleigh's pre-partying days.

• at age fifteen, her parents couldn't control her anymore. their youngest baby, their 'princess' became a trainwreck and the center of all the hottest parties in las vegas. she also managed to ride in the back of a police car just about everyday. so her parents thought it would be best to send her to live with her aunt (her mother's sister) in new orleans.

• at first, she dreaded moving but learned to love it. she absolutely loves the vibe of new orleans - and it is way different for the las vegas commotion. her aunt was not as snobby as her mother, and also not rich like her. kaleigh finally got the freedom she longed for, and deserved. living with her aunt had its perks. new orleans meant she could start her life over - new friends, practically a new family, new everything - a new kaleigh to be exact.

• kaleigh still remains in contact with her parents to this day. after all, they send her checks that help pay for her car, college, and every little thing kaleigh desires. it keeps kaleigh grounded and she doesn't have to keep a job to get money, so she can focus on her studies full-time. and it would be rude not to talk to them after all of that - something she actually learned from the nanny years ago.

• currently in college, but has an undetermined major. hoping to major in journalism or forensic science. she is a big fan of csi, and not many people know that about her or could even tell by her personality.

• she carries a very fun, loving personality. kaleigh is a sweetheart and not a snobby rich brat like everyone thinks she is. she's only truly mean to those who are mean to her first. otherwise, she is outgoing yet somewhat shy and almost always sarcastic. she loves using sarcasm, and hates people who can't take a joke.
