So. The west coast. California. College. About as far as a girl could get from home in the continental United States (although with the ability to pass through a pocket dimension available to both father and daughter, not exactly an insurmountable distance. Pretty big step for herself, Charlotte reflected.

On the other hand, it gave her a possibly much better chance to look up a lifelong friend of hers. She hadn't had a chance to see Iris since Jai had died... (and seriously, how weird was it that someone could just come back like that?), and, well, no time like the present, right? Besides, having an open invitation to visit the Titans Tower was pretty cool in and of itself.

Assuming anyone was actually home when she knocked.

Player (nickname, handle)/ LJ: Dylan
Email: on-file
AIM (if you have one): ditto
Character Name: Charlotte "Charlie" Penelope Runk
Character LJ (if applicable): kinda_dense
Physical description (face, build, weight): Charlotte is a somewhat overweight young black woman
Age: 18
Birthday: September 5, 1992
Codename (if using one): Singularity
PB: Amber Riley
Abilities: Charlotte's body contains a miniature singularity which allows her to absorb all forms of matter, transporting it to a pocket dimension. she can use this same pocket dimension for teleportation purposes. She is also able to expel any matter she has absorbed. While not the genius her father is, Charlotte shows a certain scientific aptitude for cosmology.

Weaknesses and flaws: Charlotte needs to periodically absorb mass to keep the singularity from absorbing her. She's had no hand to hand combat training whatsoever.

Charlotte's ability to absorb matter works primarily like a giant vacuum or black hole, physically drawing matter into her. This makes it possible to avoid being drawn in by the strong, quick, the well-armed, or simply someone with a really good grip. There's an upper limit to how much mass she can absorb at one time, but what that is is unknown.

The further away Charlotte uses the pocket dimension to teleport, the less accurate her arrival is. Bringing anyone with her without having to suck them in requires physical contact.

Character location/Home: Middle Hampton, New York
Alignment (villain, hero etc): Hero
Team: Teen Titans (west coast branch)
Relatives (living/dead?): Chester Runk/Chunk (father, living), Connie Noleski (mother, living), Sophia (great aunt), Cyrus (great uncle), Cecil and Mary (second cousins), Warren, Niles, Kevin, Tad, Tracy, Peter (half-cousins), Natalie, Carmella, Dehlia, Gerty, Elton, Junius, Sunshine, Joey, Marcella, and Antoine (other relatives)

Backstory: The daughter of Wally's good friend Chunk and ex-girlfriend Connie Noleski, Charlotte (who was rather quickly dubbed Charlie by Iris and it stuck) grew up as a close friend of the twins and the West family in general. Living in a mansion filled with people who possibly weren't even related to her (but who her father was too nice to ask to leave) was somewhat stressful, but Charlotte had a very happy childhood.

At least until her 13th birthday. Then, the singularity that had been building up inside her since before she was born finally reached its apex, threatening to suck her and everything around her into it. With help from her father, she was able to get it under control, but the experience left her a changed individual. The singularity within her affected her mass, and created, for a time, some distance between her and her super-model/actress mother on her end, but largely eventually resolved itself.

Charlotte graduated near the top of her class in school, largely managing to avoid getting dragged in to any super-hero lifestyles, though she has pitched in during various evacuations of disaster areas and the like from time to time. Heading out to college on the west coast, however, will bring her into direct contact with the Titans and the start of a new career.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Probably dropping by to visit Irey
What are you planning to do with this character?: Hang with the Titans, provide some transport, try her hand at being a super-hero
What do you want to see happen with this character?: see above, learn the ins and outs of super-hero-dom, including its dark and often unspoken side. Not giant big plans or anything.

Please include a sample post/scene
