Yes, one of her middle names was Penelope. Audrey was not pleased.
DATE OF BIRTH: July 13.
AGE: 16.
HOUSE: Gryffindor.

BLOOD STATUS: Halfblood.
FAMILY BACKGROUND:
PERCY WEASLEY: Gryffindor, Ministry of Magic.
AUDREY NORTHINGHAM-WEASLEY: Muggle, Journalist.
LUCY WEASLEY: Gryffindor, immature, brash, unaware, 7th year.
MOLLY WEASLEY JR.: Gryffindor, 5th year.

RELATIONSHIP WITH FAMILY: Super, super, super close. Really big on family night and family dinners. They grew up as a tightly-knit small family and nothing's really changed as the children have grown up.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual.
RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single.
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: None!
BFF FOREVER AND FORVER: Lysander Lovegood, of course!

CHILDHOOD HISTORY: Lucy Weasley was born the first child of Percy Weasley and Audrey Northingham, a Muggle he had fallen in love with. They were a couple that had decided children should come after they had a nicely established relationship -- Percy was rising up in the ranks of the MoM and Eleanor was a pretty good journalist. After getting married after three years of dating, they waited to have their first child, Lucy Ariana Penelope Weasley. Audrey was extremely mad about her first daughter having a middle name of Percy's ex-girlfriend but Percy had insisted. A year later, Miss Molly Weasley (jr) was welcomed into the world.

As a child, she was quite opposite the way she is today. She was able to sit still and keep quiet more or less most of the time. Perhaps it was being around the rest of her cousins that turned her into a slightly-less rowdy form of him, but by the time she hit the age of six, she started to prefer the outdoors more and more and would like to PROCLAIM HER STATEMENTS so people could listen to them. Brilliant, right? Lucy and Molly spent a lot of time together, especially for siblings. It was needless to say that she was very close to her entire family -- extended, as well -- and relied on them to protect her from anything that might upset the delicate balance she liked to keep. Her relationship with her parents was a really good one too. They had never given her a reason to not trust them, so with her love came her full and complete trust. During her childhood, many Friday nights were spent playing Muggle games, playing wizard games (at which Audrey would just fail at), or just sit around reading or talking. The Weasley were a close family. But of course, with Percy at the head of the helm, they were also a strict family.

HOGWARTS: Although she didn't like to show it, her number one fear entering Hogwarts was whether or not she'd make any friends. Lucy had always been extremely close to Molly but she was back at home! Fortunately, her fears were unfounded as she quickly became friends with an old family friend of the Weasleys, Luna Lovegood's second son, Lysander. Needless to say, they were the best of friends during their seven years at Hogwarts. They always had so much fun together.

Gryffindor was definitely her house. She fit in with everyone else, she fit in with what the stereotype for the house was, and she fit in to what the Sorting Hat had told her. Lucy had been one of those people who literally personified Gryffindor house. Which, hey, wasn't too bad, you know. She could've been stuck as a Slytherin, bleh. Lucy soon found a penchant for causing trouble, just like her older brother had done when he was in school. She wasn't all out and all bent up about troublemaking, but it was a pastime she enjoyed. After all, she really did like to have a lot of fun. Her years at Hogwarts were indeed great times, but nothing to boast about in a reunion talk. She liked the people there, she liked most of the professors, and hey, she even liked the detentions she had gotten -- okay, maybe that was stretching it even just a little bit.

IMPORTANT TIDBITS:
01. Her favorite person in the entire world isn't anyone from her family, surprisingly. It is actually Lysander.
02. Likes to hum random songs.
03. Likes to draw weird stick drawings. Because that's all she can draw.
04. Her favorite color is PERIWINKLE, because it's beautiful and the name is beautiful.
05. Her favorite country in the entire world is Azerbaijan. Because of the name.

PERSONALITY: First and foremost, Lucy Weasley is one of those people you just know they were sorted in the right house. And that she was. She embodies everything the Sorting Hat shouted out all those years ago -- the bravery, the impulsiveness, the general badasseryness. Lucy is a big tomboy -- she enjoys Quidditch, she enjoys hands-on activities, and she enjoys getting dirty. If there was only one thing that was absolutely certain about Lucy Weasley, it'd be her eagerness to get herself involved. She is big on participation and activity and often has trouble sitting still or staying in one place. She doesn't have a case of ADHD but she does have an inability to stay focused on one thing at a time. It was much worse when she was a little girl, but as she was forced to actually complete her assignments and Merlin fobid, study for exams, Lucy developed a better habit. Almost always extremely impulsive and reckless, Lucy likes to have fun and likes it a lot.

She's also extremely immature. Yes, she's the type to laugh at a crass joke or to be the first to pull a stupid prank. And all the while, it's not funny. It may be funny to her, but 90% of the time, it's definitely not funny to anyone else. Her sense of humor's a bit wonky and you wouldn't believe how proud of it she is. Because Lucy is Lucy, she also has a slight tendency to try to fill an awkward silence with her thoughts. Sure, she thinks before she speaks, but if there's something she hates more than death, it'd be awkward silences. They make her extremely uncomfortable and she hates that feeling -- it's creepy and not really acceptable to her. Lucy also tries to make jokes to relieve a stressful situation. The only time she doesn't is if it's completely personal and she can't find it in her to make a joke. That's when you know there's a problem, something's bugging her, and you should probably not mess with her.

Lucy gets along much better with boys than girls (although this certainly doesn't mean that she detests girls; in fact, she's actually very good friends with some of them) mostly because she can stand to be around such immaturity... because she's so immature herself. She'll be the first one to curse up a storm. She likes cursing. She likes not having to worry. She likes being brash. You'd think she was bitter towards life, but this is in no way the truth. In fact, she loves life; it's never given her a chance to be bitter towards it and why yes, she'll enjoy it as much as she can, thank you very much. Along with being brash, she's extremely loud. By nature, she's a loud girl. (It wasn't always like that, but you know, people change, etc etc etc.) Lucy likes her LOUD PROCLAMATIONS and her even louder SHOUTING FOR NO REASON. It'd be a good idea to not sit by her when she's excited because that could end very badly. On a side note, she also writes in a loud and boisterous fashion. You know, the works: Hello ALL, how are you doing today?! You try to get used to it after a while.

She's a big example of the "shoot first, ask questions later" saying, although, of course, she hasn't done anything on that scale before. Or ever. It's a good thing that Lysander Lovegood is one of her best friends, because without her, she might just continue being as impulsive as she's always been and not think first part of the time. See, Ly? Your influence is working. When it boils down to it, Lucy is just a girl who wants to have fun. She wants to laugh and reminisce about good, happy times. She has a strong impulsive side, she likes to make stupid jokes, and she is really quite immature. Good thing she has her family and friends to set her straight.

LIKES; Molly, her parents, Lysander ♥, having fun, having fun, HAVING FUN, general badassery, etc etc etc.

DISLIKES; people who ruin anything, party-poopers, rule followers, EVIL, losing her family, blood purity blah, etc etc etc.

APPEARANCE: Lucy A.P. Weasley is extremely pretty. She has not the beautiful appearance as some of her other relatives, given her slightly big nose, but her clear face and bright, blue eyes make up for it. Her soft red hair is from her mother, one of the aspects of her appearance she adores. She prefers it long and she prefers it down most of the time. Her face is mostly unblemished, give or take a few freckles and her features settle nicely. Much of the makeup she tends to wear goes around her eyes and they include darker colors that bring out the brightness of them.
PB: Emilie Dequenne.

samples.
THIRD PERSON
SOMETHING.
