Did you try putting the username you're trying to get the password for and the email?

Strange it doesn't work, but maybe they were given away, and the people who've got them just aren't using them yet. :\ Check [info]usernames to see if they were on the list but are now strikedout (meaning someone requested it).

If they're not on that list I have no idea what could be wrong.
