Stormy June Is Over

Wow, what a crazy June, quite a lot of storms and of course we had to get hit pretty hard. We're getting close to the half-way point for obtaining a new database server. Any amount really helps whether you get a Paid Account or just donate some money!

Not sure about you all, but I've definitely been enjoying this nice weather, I hope you're all getting out and having a wonderful summer.

I've been working on a development server this past month so I can test out and hopefully implement new features into Scribbld. I hope you all enjoy whatever comes along (if anything)! One thing that I really hope to get working is captcha's to cut down on the spam accounts being created, but we'll see how that plays out.

Sounds like you're busy ... So where are you currently planning on placing your captcha's? Because I think it is really annoying to have rto put it in everytime I go to leave a comment - or where you gonna leave that part up to the user like myspace?

It should only show up when you comment anonymously. If you're logged in you should not see the captcha.

I really want to create a journal for a name that might not be there very long, but right now, the captcha is disabled. Like, it shows as a broken image. Sigh. Any way to fix that?

Hehe thanks, it would be neat if it integrated a little bit better, like with your username and usericon...but it works nicely...
