Salutations de New York!
I have to say, I'm a little overwhelmed. I feel like everything is moving so fast, but this city is just...magnifique!
Sorry, I've been hanging around a rather French crowd as of late, it's hard not to slip into old habits. I thought speaking French would be like riding a bike, but I'm definitely glad I decided to brush up on the language before heading over there. I'm the odd man out, seeing how I wasn't born in the country, but my team has been very kind and patient with me.
Team France is giving it all we've got during our training sessions, I can't wait to see our competition. I hear Italy is going to bring some fierce competition, though I know there are going to be some Arrows out there, scattered about. They're going to be the ones I watch out for. Perhaps that's just me being biased, but we are champions, after all.
Yeah, there's never a bad time to slip that into conversation.
