It really warms my heart to see us all getting along so well after the dodgeball match. The production of Macbeth was a smashing success, our rather disappointing defeat at the hands of Ravenclaw/Slytherin has not damaged any of my relationships with any members of those Houses, and I can feel the inter-House unity more than ever before. Bravo, bravo! I am very proud.

It would seem that now is as good a time as any to continue planning for our interHouse dodgeball competition. The teams will need captains, however - if no one minds I would like to place myself as one captain of the Hufflepuff/Gryffindor team, but of course I will be needing a Gryffindor to step up and help me lead the team! As for Slytherin/Ravenclaw, I know a few of you expressed interest but I suppose it is really on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As for the date, I have cleared it with the proper authority figures and the match is set for next Friday afternoon. Feel free to use the time between now and then to train however you wish! Those of you who do not want to participate in the dodgeball match may sit on the sidelines and cheer their team to victory, or, they might help at the special medical station that will be set up. Of course, I do not expect any injuries to severe! But you must understand that this is a precaution we must take. If you have any further questions, please ask them here! I will edit this post with the team captains later on.

Hello, fellow students. I trust that we all know what happened. I do not think that I have anything to add to what Miss Mumps has already stated, but I would just to repeat that I really am here for anyone who should need it at this time. In addition, this is a distressing time for us all. I would encourage everyone to keep petty disputes and needless aggression to a minimum, because division will only make things more difficult and I believe something like that would be disrespectful to Professor Dumbledore's memory.

Thank you for your attention.

Apollo Q.
Well, it's that time of year again! And by that time of year, I mean tanning season! Of course, it is not upon us yet but it will be very soon, and I must once again scope out the best places on the grounds for catching a few rays of sunshine. I even procured a new pair of sunglasses on the Cardiff excursion!

In other news! The other day I was thinking that, in order to foster more inter-House unity and what with the weather being as nice as it is, we should all gather ourselves together and play a game. A friendly frisbee match, perhaps? Or something a bit more dangerous? It's your call, friends! We'd probably have to split it up to make things easier, Gryffindor & Hufflepuff vs. Ravenclaw & Slytherin should do quite nicely!
