Physical Description: The tallest of the Ruiz man, Max stands at 6'2. He's slightly paler, spending most of his time in libraries and his time spent outside is under the stars. He's got no tattoos, piercings, or scars unlike his brothers and father who are covered.

His style is somewhat lacking. He dresses a bit like an old man at times and other times he's just simple in jeans and t-shirts. He has a sweet face and a bit of that mischievous Ruiz smile. He keeps his face clean shaven and his hair cut short but always artfully messy. He prefers to have a clean shave as opposed to looking "like men child" like his brothers.

Detailed personality:
Max is definitely an interesting boy. He's quiet, observant, and a scholar through and through. He analyzes every little thing that he comes across. He's circumspect, cautious, and all together shy when it comes to other people. He prefers books over conversation unless the conversation is particularly invigorating.

He has a sense of humor but most of the time it's beyond other people. He can be caught giggling about some small joke to himself in the middle of class. He loves sarcasm, it's practically a second language to him and teasing his brothers is a favorite past time. He does genuinely care for his brothers though and will defend them to the ends of the earth.

He has an extremely hard time expressing himself both verbally and physically when it comes to his emotions. He can spout off a thesis on astronomical or astrological theory like no thing but when it comes to talking about his feelings, he becomes a bumbling moron, tripping over his own words. It's not easy to make friends with him, but he's got a good heart and with enough digging past his distant facade will make someone a loyal and true friend. He knows he's strange, in fact he revels in it, but it also makes him cautious as to who he lets in as he knows he could get burned by a fair-weather friend (as he has in the past). He puts up a defensive wall that takes to break down but it has happened before.

Personal History
Max had a pretty excellent childhood though it did get a bit tricky at points. His dad was constantly avoiding paparazzi and did his best to let the kids grow up without being watched, he even moved out to the middle of the woods in Texas so they wouldn't get followed around by cameras and microphones. Also was the fact that they had to deal with being werewolves. Still, they managed to have a relatively normal childhood. They were a happy bunch of bachelors and even managed to get by when Sam started seeing his former girlfriend Teagan (Felix's mom) and she moved in. They were a strange but happy little family living in the woods with a million dogs. Of course they were close to the other half of their family pack- the Dubinskys.

When Max was thirteen, he was crossing the street and was struck by a car. He broke a leg but aside from that he was healthy though it did develop a complex. He has a fear of crossing streets now even if there are no cars in sight. He once stood on the side of the road for thirty minutes before he ended up crossing the road for the first time after his accident. Felix was with him and stayed by him the entire time, not pushing him to cross until he was ready.

Kat is the youngest and definitely the most protected of her siblings. She never really had to face any hard times and she could always count on her brothers when her parents weren't around. She enjoyed her childhood and her time at BR just as much as anyone else.

Though she is a happy kid and has been for quite some time there's a certain emotion disconnect when it comes to "relationships." When Seth was seven years old he was playing 'aurors and robbers' with Jaime and Kat. "Fort Nox" was in the closet in the boy's shared bedroom and while Jaime usually played the robber and Seth and Kat played the aurors, they decided to switch it up. Jaime was the auror while Seth and Kat were the robbers. Jaime caught Seth first and locked up him up in the closet. He went to find Kat.
