Magical abilities: Star magic. Fortuna Prescience. Her heritage allows her to see the past, present, and future from multiple points of view at the same time. Essentially she can see anything and everything she wants to see; she spent many years training herself to turn this ability off and on at will. She also has command of Daemon magic and spells.
Appearance: She can have the glowing skin of a star, but unlike regular stars she can pull this shine within and appear like a normal human. She aged regularly as a child but hit a plateau around age 18; she has seemingly ceased to age physically since then. At W&P she wore whatever clothing was provided for her; in Aylasia she is beginning to develop her own sense of style.

Personality: Reassuring. Sometimes scheming (this she most certainly inherited from her grandmother).
Strengths: Her prescience is both a strength and a weakness; she has a tendency to rely on what she knows will happen more than the possibility of what could happen.
Weaknesses: She is unstuck in time (which is also a strength as she cannot be found by those who would imprison her again).
Quirks: Likes jazz music.
Secrets: She's the daughter of Hamlin Graves and Ganymede Orion.

Biography:
The union between a star and a mage is a very controversial thing, but being young and in love Hamlin and Ganymede didn't know or care. Their union resulted in a baby, a daughter who was taken from them. Their memories were erased and their daughter, Aquila was stashed in another world in the basement of Westerveldt & Parrish.

Aquila spent her formative years being raised by her magical captors, hidden from the view of humans for hundreds of years. When she was old enough she was put to work for W&P, serving their clientele by seeing every possible course of events and steering them toward the most desired outcome.

It took Aquila some time but eventually she found a way to escape her prison. She met her half-brother a few times (and his son, Reed). She found a way in which she could be pulled back into Aylasia by Reed's spell to return his parents home. She took every measure she could to prevent W&P from finding her by becoming unstuck in time; this was as she intended and she has no desire to be placed back in her correct time-stream.

Having returned home Aquila seeks to be reunited with her family.

Ohana Hitomi
Hamlin's weaver. She's still Garage's life match and probably weaves for others in the game. She's quite happily married to Cressida Wolff. She had a daughter, Chloe Wells with Garage whom she, he, and Cressida helped raise.

Tearlag Chance
Suffered from the B.P. Decided to work a changeover to become all faerie. Still teaches at Salem Academy. Adores her grand niece Sora.

Samra Chance
Still happily married to Hamlin. Mother of Enki, Cam, and Suri. Enjoying a quiet life in their little house in Hamlin.

Hamlin Graves
Still happily married to Samra. Father of Enki, Cam, and Suri. He is also retired, but not so far removed as Sam has been. He still likes to travel and spend time in the Hall.

Ganymede Orion
Gany still lives in Homestead with her adopted son Corvus. She checks in with Enki, Garage, and Hamlin from time to time and attends many of the Graves family events as the oldest friend of the family. Being a star she doesn't look like she's aged a single day.

Appearance: There's always a twinkle in his eye like he's up to something. He wears a lot of button down shirts, no tie, usually a few buttons undone, some times with a dress jacket.

Personality: Sweet, amiable, kind. He's thoughtful and caring, which is perfectly suited to his chosen profession as a healer.

Quirks: Every now and again Pan gets an irresistible urge to make some trouble.
Secrets: He doesn't tell anyone about his demonic heritage.

Biography: Pan was born in a private residence in Marik. His mother Allegra Vitali was a sweet, gentle woman and a great beauty. Her pregnancy was a sore spot within her family because she was quite young at the time and the father of the child disappeared. The father being Nicodemus, a demon from another dimension (who seems to have a soft spot for Aylasian women). He returned when Pantaleon was three and took a strong interest in the child.

Allegra didn't know how to raise Pantaleon (who she always called Leon) given his demonic abilities. She allowed Nicodemus to take him for a few years to train him. Part of Nicodemus' fascination with his second son was Pan's disposition. He found the paradox of this sweet, amiable child's personality and his strong demonic abilities an anomaly that he wanted to study.

During those years Pan formed a strong bond with Nicodemus, something that none of the demon's other children have with him. When he turned seven Nicodemus returned him to his mother and he was enrolled at Marik Academy. Throughout the years Pan has remained close with his father and they meet at least twice a year to catch up and practice magic together.

He took strongly to his healing magic in school and spent much of his time in the infirmary helping the academy's healer. He decided then that this was his career path and geared his studies to becoming a healer.

When he graduated Mairk he became aware of his half-sibling (Marcel Beaumont) in Aylasia (and that there are probably others in other dimensions) and sought him out to form a relationship with him. It quickly went south when he realized that Marc was his opposite in almost every way. It got worse when Marc realized how close Pan was with their father. For the most part they try to stay out of each others way.

He apprenticed for a time in the New Meridian Clinic, but decided to open his own small practice in Marik. He travels a lot to other clinics when his own practice is slow, or as part of outreach projects to offer healing care to those in need.

Every now and again Pan feels the need to be mischievous. He usually ends up going out, getting shit-canned and stumbling home at 6 o'clock in the morning (with various drunken adventures along the way and the occasional hook up). Pan's fairly certain this is the tiny, weensy bit of demonic nature he inherited. He's been pretty good about keeping this part of his personality under wraps.

Magical abilities: Iron, lightning, teleporting (a hidden talent), a touch of demon magic which he's always pulled off as being experimental
Appearance: Marc has aged very well. He sometimes wears a scruffy beard; he always wears that charming expression. He's extremely well dressed even though he wasn't always able to afford it.

Personality: He's got a lot of boyish charm but just underneath is a very dark, devilish streak. He's just as likely to draw you in if he likes you as he would if he hated you; you wouldn't know it until you had the knife in your back. He's up for a good game (and sometimes that means playing with other people's lives).
Strengths: He's strong minded. Charming. When he wants something he goes after it whole-heartedly.
Weaknesses: Will cry when he's sloppy drunk. He gets depressed when things don't go his way.
Quirks:
Secrets: He's 90% sure that his experimental magic is actually demon magic and that it comes from his dad, but he has never told anyone this.

Biography: He grew up in New Meridian. Part of his childhood was spent down the Dark Way, part down Silk Road. His mother was a prostitute named Noella who worked in any brothel that would take her. His father was a mysterious man that would come and go, drifting into Marc's life when it seemed fitting. What Marc knows of his dad can be counted on ten fingers (his name is Nicodemus and Marc suspects that he's part demon).

Seeing as how his parents weren't always around or didn't always have the means, Marc learned from a young age to support himself. There was a long period of time in his youth in which he was a pick-pocket and petty thief, stealing what he needed to eat and dress well, to give the appearance that he was much better off than the reality of his situation.

As soon as he was able he moved into the dorms at Salem Academy and disavowed any relationship with his mother. He was in school with Katrana and Camden and spent most of his teen years trying to woo Kat away from Cam with varying degrees of success. At the same time he was reasonably good friends with Camden; when the rivalry really heated up it was like a game and neither of them saw it was an impediment to their friendship.

As he began to study in classes he realized that his magic was a little different from the other students. When he was very little his teachers told him he was probably just gifted in experimental magic and left it at that. He was careful from that point on not to ask too many questions about it and to pass off his abilities as experiments in progress.

At some point in his teens Marc developed the ability to teleport. He'd be concentrating on something and then suddenly appear there (or near whatever he was thinking about). For a long time he wasn't sure if it was a spontaneous spell or a latent ability, but he attributes it to the development of new abilities among the magical community (which has been happening more often since his childhood). He found it very easy to teleport to people he felt intensely about (re: Kat) and would often pop up behind her unannounced. Kat might know that he can do this, but Marc has been using the ability discreetly since he learned how to fully control it.

He graduated early, partially out of boredom but also because he'd learned all he could from the school. As a young adult he spent some time trying to locate his father, but Nicodemus was never an easy man to find. Marc settled a bit, working as a metalsmith in several shops before working up enough money to open his own. His shop, Beausmiths is in the reputable business district of New Meridian. He does some jewelry work, but more often he does custom pieces (art, furniture, and more discreet sorts of work). At some point he apprenticed Reed Graves for awhile and still offers him work when he needs Reed's particular skill.

Once Camden and Katrana were married their relationship with Marc shifted. Camden took Marc's innuendos and flirtations with Kat more seriously and their friendship became strained. Marc did his best to behave, but it didn't change the fact that he was still into the conquest of Katrana (whether because he genuinely loved her or because he wanted to take her away from Camden still isn't very clear). He's something of an uncle to the kids, though he insists that they never, ever call him uncle.

Marcel was devastated when Cam and Kat disappeared. He hadn't given up on hope, but he's slipped in and out of depression ever since.

Familiar: A wolf (following family tradition there). This wolf is entirely black and named Majutsu. Majutsu is very skilled at Daemon magic, having grown up studying it with Camden. Majutsu also works earth and wood elements, and can do some minor healing magic.
Magical abilities: Wind. Daemon. Immortal.
Appearance: He inherited his father's hair, brows, and ears. He got his mother's eyes, her smiles, and her cheeks. He was a handsome boy, sometimes blonde when he spent too much time in the sun. He grew into a handsome man with bright, clear eyes and sloppy hair. His face is usually wearing some sort of impish mischief. His clothing is usually simple, tasteful, suits when he is doing business, more casual clothes when he spends time with family and friends.

Personality: Friendly and kind, open to suggestion. He loves travel and discovery. His job as king comes first; he takes it very seriously.
Strengths: Easy going temperament. Strong sense of responsibility.
Weaknesses: He can be extravagant and has often spoiled his children.
Quirks: Has memorized much of the Book of Daemonica.
Secrets: He may have an illegitimate child (what is it with these Graves kids and their bastard babies?)

Biography: First born son of Hamlin Graves and Samra Chance. He was afforded as normal a childhood as possible, though his parents couldn't always help who they were and how that affected their family. He was a very easy going baby and showed an early aptitude for Daemon magic.

He attended Salem Academy to learn his magic craft and graduated relatively early. He learned more Daemon magic at home from his father. Once he'd mastered the wind element he had no further use for schooling.

He learned that he was immortal at a young age after accidentally aging himself (older). Luckily he was at home and he immediately went to his father who helped him correct the problem and taught him the mechanics of immortal magic.

He fell in love with Katrana Morrow in their youth and the two kept it secret for some time because of the hatred between their fathers. Eventually they were married and have been insanely in love since.

He was named King by the Prophets in his 29th year, as his wife was named the first Queen. It was a peculiar turn of events, as the prophets had never before named two people to the throne. It was also the beginning of a dynasty in terms of the Aylasian monarchy. The prophets did not name a new king in ten years, nor in any of the ten year intervals after that; many people were not sure if the Graves would remain monarchs for good.

The Graves ruled peaceably for the most part. The major issue of the day was the Blanket Plague which had spread to a point that was dangerous, threatening to stifle all magic in Aylasia. Camden called on several assassins to travel back in time to stop the Blanket Plague at the source.

Life moved on peaceably while Kat and Cam had child, after child, after child. Perhaps it was some lingering bit of that old fertility magic, but Camden and Katrana kept having children as if it were going out of style.

After their annual anniversary party last year the couple set out for their vacation. It was something that Cam and Kat did every year, traveling where they may (and usually it was interdimensionally). The children never questioned where there parents went because they'd always come back with stories and souvenirs. Except this year the King and Queen did not returned as planned. They have disappeared without a trace and the children do not know where to begin looking for them.

The people of New Meridian expected that the prophets would name a new King upon the disappearance of Camden and Katrana, However they would not. Ginevra, the eldest Graves' child stepped in to become interim King while searching for her lost parents. No one protested.
