i haven't actually tried it yet so if it's the same as anything else feel free to e-slap me, but say i have a gif of my character and i have an overlay that's clear but has lines through it or something else and i want it over the gif itself so the gif plays behind the seethrough thing with lines...do i just put it over the gif as the top layer?
