i'm not saying that's what happened here but there have been cases of spouses or same races killing someone then planting things like "go home to your own country" or racial slurs to throw the police off of them and look at it as a hate crime not just a murder. LIKE I SAID THIS MAY HAVE REALLY BEEN ONE I'M NOT SAYING IT FOR SURE ISN'T BUT THEY PROBABLY JUST DNW TO CLASSIFY IT AS ONE UNTIL THEY HAVE MORE EVIDENCE THAN A NOTE
