i really don't like how serious this all got. LIKE I KNOW IT WAS SERIOUS ANYWAY but like, this makes it clear that even if the bullshit bills don't pass, they're still going to take down internet sites and arrest people and idk GUYS I'M GOING TO JAIL I'LL MISS YOU :'(

if you go to jail they'll have to arrest EVERYONE. NOBODY WILL BE LEFT ON EARTH, 95% OF PEOPLE WILL BE IN JAIL AND THE JAILS WILL OVERFLOW. maybe they should focus more on things that matter

well if they can't take everyone to jail, they probably WILL charge everyone fines and they're thousands and thousands of dollars per song. the gov are greedy enough assholes that i they'd do it >:(

THEY CAN'T TELL ME TO PAY SHIT I AM PAYING ENOUGH TO GET A FUCKING EDUCATION THEY SHOULD LEAVE ME ALONE TO BECOME EDUCATED SO IF I DO GET FINED I DON'T HAVE TO PAY IT UNTIL I BECOME RICH >:O MAYBE I'M DOWNLOADING EDUCATIONAL SONGS.

no everyone needs to calm down, this isn't the first time it's happened. there used to be a torrent site for music called oink and it leaked a vast majority of all pre-releases of albums and the guy who ran it had his house raided by government officials and they turned it top to bottom before arresting him. i'm not saying this is a great thing, but it's not the first time a website was targeted for piracy

ia the timing is suspicious because of SOPA/PIPA but it was bound to happen either way it's fucking megaupload, it was the 13th most popular site in the world at one point
