they really just need to combat piracy by upping their game, that's what i keep saying. they need to compromise with the economy instead of just having dollar signs in their eyes because like you said, most people just don't have the money to throw around anymore. but it's not like they're really hurting, the movies worth seeing in theatre still get the desired revenue because it's quality work that people know they wouldn't enjoy watching on a small computer screen. if they want people to go to the movies then they need to find a way to combat the prices and they definitely need to produce better fucking movies because half of the shit that's out there and bombs, bombs because it's awful and not because it's online
