Abilities: Elasticity- Barry can stretch his limbs and body to super-human lengths and sizes. These stretching powers grant Barry heightened agility enabling him flexibility and coordination that is beyond the natural limits of the human body. He can contort his body into various positions and sizes impossible for ordinary humans, such as being entirely flat so that he can slip under a door, or using his fingers to pick conventional locks. He can also use it for disguise by changing the shape of his face, although this is painful and difficult for him. Barry's powers also greatly augment his durability. He is largely able to withstand corrosives, punctures and concussions without sustaining injury. It has been demonstrated that he is resistant to high velocities that would kill an ordinary person and that he is also more resistant to blasts from energy weapons that would kill ordinary humans.

Barry has also had a fair amount of detective training from his father, and possesses a keen, deductive mind.

Weaknesses and flaws: Despite his heightened durability, Barry can still be injured, and is in danger if one of his organs should be damaged.

He's also somewhat on the shy and geeky side. This doesn't help with girls.

Backstory: The oldest of three children born to Ralph and Sue Dibny, Barry was born with elastic powers not too different from that of his father's. Barry was raised with the rest of the "JLA brats", and is pretty friendly with most of them.

Though he's mostly been preoccupied with school, Barry has been considering going into the "family business" and joining the YJLA. And with the recent death of Superman, the world needs all of the heroes it can get.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Join the YJLA in the wake of Blackest Night and help them out.
What are you planning to do with this character?: YJLA stuff. Will go the way of the JLI, if that ever comes about.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Hero stuff. Growth. Development. I'd like for Barry to eventually become the "heart" of YJLA/JLI like his Dad was to the JLA.
