Physical description (face, build, weight):Phil is 5' 11" and 170 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. Typically scruffy looking though never to a full bread more out of lack of care for his appearance than anything else.
Age: Roughly 20
Birthday: Does not remember but uses the date he escaped to function as one which is June 25.

Abilities: Telekinetic- Typically uses it as tactile telekinesis for super strength brawling. Can create psy-blasts and waves of telekinetic force and barriers. Can use it to move object with mind and to levitate but does not. Is highly trained in how to use his powers to kill. his telekinesis manifests as a dark blue aura around him and whatever he's using it on. Empathy- Was a low level empath but has since all but blocked it in mental self defense. Could feel the emotions of others nearby him as his own.
Weaknesses and flaws: Psychotic , acts on aggression and impulse. His abilities are enhanced cybernetically which means without them he is weaker though he is still dangerous without them. He is not as good with finesse aspects of his telekinesis as he is with the brute force aspect of it. Reawakening his empathy would cripple him as he blocks his own emotions and dealing with others is very difficult for him. His powers are already at there maximum level and he can not naturally get any stronger with them and due to the method of how he got there using his full powers for a prolonged period of time is detrimental to his health.

Backstory: “Phil” does not remember his past and all he does remember was that he was happy back then back before HYDRA abducted him though anything beyond that is lost to the sands of time. What he does remember is the isolation and the torture both mental and physical. He was kept be himself alone for hours on end only time he ever got to interact with people was when he was tortured, getting new implants, or when he was forced to fight the other kids in the program to the death to test how his powers were coming along. Whenever he was sent into these fights he was drug up almost out of him mind and was given more when he won his fights which he always did, this really screwed with his mind causing it so even now not on drugs he gets warm fuzzy feeling inside whenever he kills someone. The torture done to him was done specifically to try and increase his telekinetic powers by breaking through any mental blocks on his power he had and to stress them to their limits. Additionally he has had much cybernetic enhancement to also argument his powers. This were all very successful turning “Phil” who had been a moderately powerful telekinetic and weak empathy into a very powerful Telekinetic that HYDRA could not control but his empathy was completely blocked as a mental protection since he could not handle those feeling after all he has been through. One day “Phil” heard a commotion outside his room, a riot was taking place which, how it happened or why he did not know or care he just wanted out. He blasted open the cell door and kill everyone he saw destroying anything else he could. When he finally escaped he found himself in Philadelphia without a name or any knowledge of who he was just how to kill people and since he did know what a name was but what he had been called Subject 0001 was not really a name he called himself after the city he found himself in Philadelphia and would shorten it down to Phil. He has since done just about everything to forget about what had happened to him and hardened himself even more to the world. Having done work as a mercenary, thief, killer, and many other things like that that an amoral person without an identity could do. He also has been keeping a low profile to stay off of HYDRA’s radar in case they want him back while trying to research them so he can truly have his revenge on them for what they did to him.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: As a problem for heroes to deal with or have issues interacting with.
What are you planning to do with this character? Do work with the more criminal elements of the marvel universe while working to learn more about HYDRA and find how why they did what they did to him and kill all those responsible.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Learn more about his past and about what really happened to him during his time at HYDRA .

He had done a lot of work to get this information kill a lot of people for it how many Phil couldn’t even remember anymore but he had it he had gotten the location of one of the few surviving scientists that had made him who he was today. He was going to show him just how good a killer they had made. It had taken all of his self-restraint to not just walk in there and start kill and destroying everything inside but he had to make sure his information was good he had been tricked in the past into killing someone who was one of his targets just because he had been told information like this and just rushed inside. He didn’t like been lied to like that or being used like that and he make the guy pay for it. After confirming the information was correct Phil got ready to make his move. He walked up to the entrance of the building hands glowing with a dark blue aura. Once he got to the door he punched them open sending the door flying into a couple of guards using his tactical telekinesis. He was already starting to get warm and fuzzy feelings just from the sounds the doors made when they hit the guards. Though the alarm was already starting to sound and with that he started sprinting through the HYDRA complex. Any guards he ran into he either crushed into wall with waves of telekinetic force or hit with punch of tactical telekinesis, some he even levitated into the air before hit just so he could get the shot perfectly. The guards didn’t stand much of a chance against him or for that matter anyone else he had run into inside the complex he wasn’t sure how many of them were dead, out cold, or just hurt he didn’t really care either he was to focused on getting to that scientist to have his revenge. He was deep inside the complex when he finally found him the scientist had not been highly ranked by then but he remembered that he liked to bet on those fight they forced him to do against the other kids. At first he tried to fight him off but Phil sent the gun flying out of his hand be for levitating him spread eagle into the air. The man started pleading for his life and crying but all that did was make Phil angrier with memories from back then. Not wanting to listen anymore Phil telekinetically ripped him apart before dropping him. Phil then calmly walked out of the complex sending waves of force around him at random destroying things and taking out anyone foolish enough to get in his way.
