CLASS: Middle Class. The Daly's aren't rich, but they aren't poor, either. They make enough to get by and Emma doesn't want for things she needs, but she doesn't have a ton of luxuries, either. Socially, Emma is extremely popular, especially with the guys. She's a cheerleader and she has a LOT of friends. She's very much a social butterfly.

Emma has a more fashionable style of dress than her twin and is FAR more concerned with her appearance. She rarely leaves the dorm without some makeup on and spends more time in general on her appearance than Ella ever would. There's a generally playful look to her expression, whether she's flirting with a boy or trying to convince Ellie to put down the books and go have some fun with her.

DETAILED PERSONALITY: Where Ellie is serious, Emma is carefree. Don't get her wrong, her grades are important to her and she will work very hard to keep them decent but she will wait until the very last minute to do it. She does, contrary to popular belief, believe that her grades are important but why should she focus so much of her attention on work when her sister does that enough for the both of them? Emma almost sees it as her personal duty to have enough fun for the both of them and she almost always succeeds in that respect.

She's an outgoing and fun seeking girl. Parties... clubbing... anything... Emma is eager and ready to go. Rules? Who needs those? They are flexible, right? Made to be broken? She thinks so. While she hasn't ever been into any real trouble, it's mostly because she hasn't gotten caught.

She becomes bored easily when studying or doing things that require large amounts of... idleness. While she might willingly read through a magazine, books require a lot more of her attention and it takes weeks upon weeks for her to finish them... even the ones she's reading for pleasure.

Much like Ellie, Emma is a romantic at heart. Roses... candy... candle light dinners... long walks on the beach... any cliché thing you can imagine is definitely her cup of tea. She fully believes that there is one person in the world made solely for her. However, she also understands that the world is huge, vast place. If she doesn't start looking now, she may never find her one and only. It's a tough job, but she is having a lot of fun doing it.

HISTORY: Technically the youngest of three children, Emma was born just eight minutes later than her twin sister, but it sometimes feels more like eight years. The twins are as different as night and day in terms of personality, but they are still exceedingly close. Ellie is Emma's best friend and vice versa. There is nothing Emma wouldn't do for her sister.

The family is an average middle-class family. Both of their parents work - Dad as a Lawyer and Mom runs a small bookstore. The twins always helped out in the shop growing up and they still do a bit during holidays from school. Though Ellie tends to spend more time there than her sister. Emma isn't really a big fan of reading or working, for that matter, and she thinks there are many more exciting things to be done with her free time. However, most of those exciting things require a little money. You can often times find her working just long enough to get what she wants and then running off to her next great adventure.

Emma also has an older brother, who she adores, despite their frequent conflicts. He's a couple of years older than the twins and quite over-protective. Emma finds his constant interference in her social life (read: her dating life) tiresome, but she still adores him and would do anything for him.

She is very social, often falling behind in her studies in favor of hanging out with friends or flirting with some cute boy. Her grades lag behind those of her sister, much to their parents' dismay, but she just sees having a good time as more important than having perfect test scores. She manages to do well enough, though. It's not like she's failed anything and she has managed to get through high school just fine, so far. Though, that could probably be attributed to the fact that she's always had her twin to help her out. If she ever ditched class with the cute football player she had her eye on that week, her sister was guaranteed to be there and Emma could always fall back on the notes she had taken.
