Abilities: Genius level intellect- especially with computers and is capable of write very complex and advance programs, she also got a perfect score on her SATs Mad Hacking Skills- Maxine is a world class hacker, there are very few systems that she cannot break into currently and she is constantly improving her skill. Natural Detective- With no training in detective work Maxine was able to figure out that Terry was Batman something that he is very skilled at hiding and when working together with Terry there is no better detective team on the planet. Street Smarts- Living on practically on her own since she was little Maxine has a lot of street smarts Scrappy Fighter- while Maxine has had almost no formal training in fight she is a capable brawler and almost fearless in a fight
Weaknesses and flaws: Normal human, can act recklessly at times to prove that she is capable of helping fight crime and this tends to get her in situations over her head though typically she’s smart enough not to.

Backstory: When Maxine was still very young her parents got divorced and subsequently were never around much for her and her sister was more like a parent to her then they were. This and her being smarter than most of the people around her made Maxine a bit of a loner in school with few people that she was very friendly with even though she had a very outgoing personality. One of the people she was friendly with was Terry McGinnis. When the new Batman started fighting crime in Gotham Maxine much to the dismay of Terry decided as a hobby to profile the new Batman and uncover his secret identity and all the information that she had come up with so far was dead on she even figured out that the new Batman was somehow involved with their school. However when the Jokerz attack the school and started targeting her she changed her program which she had been using to find out who batman was to find out who was the leader of the Jokerz and due to a tiny programming error the data point towards Terry which was made even worse since Terry had tried to convince Maxine to stop running her program for her own safety after an attack. Maxine sent Terry an e-mail telling him that she knew all about his “secret life” and asked him to meet her in a park to talk. However the real culprit of the attacks who wanted to take Maxine out followed her there and attacked her there and she quickly figured out that it wasn’t Terry. Terry as Batman came just in time to make the fight more even. When Terry told her to “Run” so that he could take care of the Jokerz she did just that though not in the direction he had intended and tackled to nearest joker taking him out. Maxine proved to be a resourceful fight even saving Terry at one point. After the fight Terry disappeared before Maxine could talk to him, but when she saw Terry at school the next day she made bat ears on her head with her fingers letting him know that she had figured how who Batman was and when they talked in private later she told him she wanted in and to help to a very reluctant Terry who she forced to say yes by covering for him with his girlfriend. Bruce was about as excited as Terry was about how Maxine was getting involved but she proved to be invaluable to both Bruce and Terry till they both came around and Bruce even revealed that he was the original Batman to much Maxine revealed that she had figured that out within an hour of figuring out that the new Batman was Terry.

What are you planning to do with this character? Hanging with Terry being one of the few people that know his secret
What do you want to see happen with this character?: I would like to see her become the new oracle
