Personality: A bold personality. When she is writing a story she is single minded. She doesn't let the truth deter her, if it doesn't fit into her story she simply discards it. While it may surprise people Rita is a true romantic looking for the happily ever after. Her strong personality tends to drive men away as she has difficulty showing her softer side

History: Born in Hamburg Germany Rita has lived in cities all of her life. Her father was a tailor and her mother worked as a seamstress while she wrote at night. While she sent her work to any publication she could think of she could not get anything published. Although Rita felt sorry for her mother she vowed that she would never take no for an answer when she began writing.

When the family moved to London when she was twelve they became aware of her magical abilities. Her Mother then disclosed that she and her father where both wizards but chose to live as muggles rather than expose the children to magic. After much badgering from Rita her mother convinced her father to let Rita attend Hogwarts, her brother followed two years later.

Since her father felt that she should not forget her German heritage he insisted that they dress in traditional German garb at all time as well as speak German at home and wear her hair in braids wrapped across her head in the German tradition. This led to a lot of teasing and jokes at her expense at school as well as in her London neighborhood. This probably contributed to her passion for fashion in later life.

At the age of fifteen her brother and her were orphaned when their parents were killed while they where at school. Rita was never told to her satisfaction what had happened to her parents. This led to her taking the first job she was offered at a muggle paper to support her and her brother. With any free time that she had she tried to find out the truth about the death of her parents and finish at Hogwarts.This left little time for socializing so she never dated until her brother was off to university but, most men she dated find her ambition intimadating so they rarely ask her out a second time.

With many freelance articles in various wizarding journals she has come to the attention of the Daily Prophet. She accepts a job with the Prophet and is determined to make a name for herself no matter what it takes. If this includes stretching the truth of making it up as she goes along thats what she will do.

Current Situation/Recent History: At this time she is only given small unimportant stories, while this disappoints her, she is looking for the story that will make a name for her.

Living Arrangements: She lives in a small flat near The Daily Prophet by herself.

First Person RP Example: I continue to gather research for the story on Hogwarts by the time I am finished the Prophet will have no choice but to put this story on the front page. When I am finished with Dumbledore, He will be lucky to get a job as the grounds keeper at Hogwarts. If the creature Haggred doesn't begin to cooperate soon I will have to find something from his past to use to get the information that I need.

This years graduating class have been no help at all. Potter and his group that call themselves the marauders have an unhealthy loyalty to Dumbledore that seems unshakable. Although I don't relish the idea I may be reduced to cuddling up to Lucius Malfoy to get information as it seems he does not share the others unswaying hero worship.

For this reason she holds a certian malice for both Lucuis and Narcissa as well as Draco since he is a way to get to Lucuis and Narcissa.

She has a child that no one knows about that lives in Hamburg with distant relatives, she has not told the father about her daughter Lucia. Rita waits for the day that she punish Lucuis for leaving her for Narcissa.
